Arrived and they werenât extremely busy but had a group that was stretched over 5 tables. We ordered my husband ordered Shrimp Teriyaki I ordered 2 rolls. My husbandâs food arrived maybe 15 minutes later mine 45 to 50 minutes later. There was 2 tables that came in after we did they got their sushi before I did. Asked one of the ladies to check on mine she never came back. Asked another one and told her that she could just bring the bill for his food and I would pay and we would leave. Amazing how fast my food showed up Iâm guessing they forgot to make it. Will I go back probably not. I understand there were multiple sushi being taken to the large group but does that mean you just ignore other orders until they are totally done! I think not. Others who came in after us got their sushi before orders way before mine. Not a way to treat your customers!!!!!

Probably not going back. My partner ordered chicken teriyaki⊠it came out, she took one bite, as did I and both of our faces turned because not only was it burnt tasting, the chicken was dry and something was off with the teriyaki. We told our server just for her to come back and say âsorry, she said we canât do anything because you ordered itâ⊠no one ever offered to replace the meal, take it off the bill.. nothing! Then we asked for the manager⊠A lady who was not the manager came and said âyou ordered it, you canât just say you donât like itâ and âwe serve this all day and we had no complaintsâ like it doesnât matter. Instead of getting into an argument she couldâve easily remedied the situation by offering something else or discounting it or taking it off completely but NO she couldnât even do that. I wouldnât suggest getting anything other than the sushi and ours wasnât all that to begin with. Our server at least felt a little bad but that lady âmanagerâ was rude, cutting us off while speaking and getting loud for no reason.
