Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Racist environment. We went in at 7pm and the restaurant was basically empty. We were told it will be 5 to 10 mins wait, no problem. We waited until 7.40, still have not gotten a table. Then 2 white people come in, they got sat right away. Not until the host notice my attitude, she then sat us. If it hadn't been for the cold, I would have left right then.

Food has no seasoning. We ordered shrimp scampi and steak and shrimp bucatini, they both taste the same because none of them has any salt or any flavor. We had to season our own food with the table salt.

The server was nice but terrible experience and food.

Olive Garden is the perfect place if you love pasta, with countless options prepared in every possible way. I ordered the gluten-free pasta, since I’m celiac, and it was truly excellent. The portions were generous and the overall quality very good.
The staff were attentive, friendly, and really accommodating. Prices were reasonable, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. A very satisfying dining experience.

I want to preface this review by saying I myself am a bartender and have been in the industry for six years. My boyfriend and I showed up at 7:32 and decided to grab a seat at the bar. It is now 7:53 and we have decided to leave. We were not acknowledged once. At least a “I’ll be right with you”. After 10 minutes we moved to different seats because these two ladies cashed out and left, so we snatched up these new seats. When we sat, there were coasters and a check (that’s not an issue, seeing as we sat right as someone just got up) the issue being there were maybe 15 customers and 2 bartenders. After another 10 minutes go by a bartender grab the check that was sitting right in front of us and walks away without acknowledging us. About 5 more minutes and she stops in front of us to make a drink. There were multiple empty tables in the restaurant side the entire time we were there and was told it was going to be at least a 40 minute wait. I normally don’t give out reviews like this, but as a server/bartender myself that was atrocious.

We got lucky arriving when it wasn't as busy as usual. The food was delicious, as always. Our server Charles was great! Very nice and courteous. He checked on us several times to make sure we had everything!

We had a large group in Ky for an event. Looked at one venue for dining options - didnt work. Tried this Olive Gardens. It was bit of a wait but it was pleasant enough we sat outside. Originally said they would have to divide the group but when we were called in they had arranged for all of us to sit together. I dont remember our server's name but he was really good. Food was filling. He was good on taking care of drink re-fills. We had one who needed gluten free - they provided that option, even brought it out separate from other entrees. I dont recall them refilling the breadsticks - so kinda disappointed in that. It was one serving and done, they never brought anymore to our table.

The food was great the service was great there was a child jumping up and down on the booth seat where we were sitting at but that's how kids are we had a little bit trouble paying at the table but we got it taken care of

We got the steak gorgonzola and it wasn't good in our personal opinion, but everyone has different pallets. But our server Asia was amazing, she offered to replace the steak gorgonzola which was one order me and my bf split because we didn't hardly eat it. Anyways Asia was very sweet and welcoming, very attentive. I recommend asking for her! Ps pumpkin cheesecake is amazing 🔥

Our waiter Omar was very very rude didn't say hi welcome to olive garden he came to the table I said what do you want to drink he went and got her drinks then when he came back to the table and he said what are you guys want to eat very rudely I told him what I wanted the other lady that was at our table said when she wanted then the other lady at our table you started to tell the waiter what she wanted and after she started saying what she wanted she said well I want to change what type of pasta I want and the waiter Omar got really irritated and said now you want to change your order I thought you said you wanted this type of pasta now you want to change your mind a rolled his eyes huffed and said what else do u want he never came back and asked us if we needed a refill on our drinks or how our food was if you're going to be a waiter or a waitress you should be customer friendly needless to say we will not be back very very very very very rude
