Just not great. Server seemed disinterested so service was sub par. Also irritating to be pushed to use the table kiosk for ordering appetizers. Biggest issue, grilled chicken was undercooked. I hate sending food back to the kitchen, but couldn't avoid it. There was one piece not covered by sauce that showed just how undercooked it was. Pink throughout. MIL didn't like her marsala either. It was also undercooked and she just didn't realize it. Probably won't be back.

I usually have a good experience with this location, however last night was a nightmare. I placed a 90.00 to go order and when I arrived at the specified time of 4:09 it took them until 4:40 to bring the food to my car. The nightmare started when I arrived at home and upon taking the 3 soups out of the car the bottom of the bag fell out and soup went all over the car, my cloths and garage floor. Obviously the tops were not secure. I called the restaurant and had to ask 4 times to speak with the manager. The not so lovely Dana finally got on the phone, yes I was obviously upset and kept getting the run around instead of solving the problem. When I told her I wanted the soups replaced she HUNG UP on me!! I had to call back and ask for my soups to be ready and asked if Dana could meet me at the front desk. Upon arrival I was greated by a very unfriendly and stand offish Dana. When I asked for my soups, never raising my voice, she told my to talk to her like a human! Who says that!! She retrieved my soups, that were ready and basically threw them at me. I then asked for the GM's name and number and she wrote the name down and shoved the card into my hand. If Dana can't handle a customer complaint and act like an adult she has no business in management and/or should be given the proper training to handle an upset customer. Honestly, we threw the soups away because of the concern she may have spit in them or something. She was that hateful. Terrible reflection of the Olive Garden brand.

Fantastic food every time. Our waitress was polite, efficient with order taking but slow on refills.

Kid-friendliness: Yes.

Wheelchair accessibility: We saw lots of walkers and canes. The carpets coming into the establishment were catching the walkers. First floor, handicapped accessible.

I order carryout from this location 2-3 times per month, and the now-improved online ordering process is simple and seamless, the staff are always courteous and accommodating, and the food is hot and tasty!

The soup was delicious. We both had the never ending soup/salad. Our service started out great, then slacked off when we asked for breadsticks multiple times. When she was about to bring them, we were finished with our meal. The atmosphere was welcoming.

Can’t really complain about the food, it was cheesy and tomatoey. Meat balls tasted bland and not at all like a meatball but the spinach dip was delicious

We've been to this location like 4 times and almost every time there has been an issue. The very first time, the server dropped our food on the floor which is an honest mistake so we gave it another try. The second time, the server made us feel rushed and never checked on us after our food got there. We assumed he was having a bad day. The third time was okay. We just left there and let me tell you, we have NEVER been treated that way and I promise on everything that we were not rude at all. The server was horrible. Got our order wrong multiple times and blamed us, stating we never said the things that were wrong. I ordered the shrimp frito misto as my entree because I was not feeling the greasy pasta (don't get me wrong I love it most days but it definitely is greasy). She didn't even ring it in until the food runner brought out my wife's food and I told her that I was missing that. She blamed me and never said I wanted even though I had a full blown conversation with her about getting an appetizer as my entree. My wife asked for crispy chicken instead of grilled on her pasta and they brought out the dish with grilled chicken. That was also blamed on us and not taken off our bill even though they took it back without her even touching it (she has a texture issue and the grilled chicken makes her wanna gag so she didn't even try it) until we asked why it was still on there. The manager that took the plate back, didn't take it off and then it seemed like he left. The next manager that came in was very hesitant to take it off our bill and we have no idea why. The entire time we were there we got one set of drinks with no refills. There were other people who had issues with their food who were in our server's section. And our server ignored our table after I pressed the call server button for almost 15 minutes. I love Olive Garden when it comes to every other location I've ever been to. But I am so disappointed with this one and will not be coming back.

Never will I ever go to the Olive Garden on Hurstbourne Road again. We all are African American who went there to celebrate the January birthdays in our family. Myself and my cousin had never eaten at the Olive Garden. We sat there for almost an hour and never was served. Even after people who came in after us was served and eating. After speaking with the manager, we were still ignored. So we politely got up and walked out. The hostess tried to help as we were leaving but at that point we were just annoyed. We left there and went to Cattlemen’s and received the best service ever. The food was delicious and tasted amazing.

My wife and I took our twin, teenage grandchildren to Olive Garden. It was their first time eating at Olive Garden. All four of us had a great experience.

We enjoyed our visit to the Hurstborne Olive Garden in Louisville. The food tasted great, and our waiter did a great job. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Just had some of the most thoughtful and intelligent service from Ann/Anne (sorry for not catching the full name). We never had to ask for anything service wise. Refills? Already done. Gave us estimates to when the food would be ready. After the meal she brought to go boxes and drinks immediately which was phenomenal. Thank you so much Ann/Anne you were doing great.
