We came in and immediately were cared for with the best customer service. We came to eat and watch the Bucks game. They made sure we could see and the game and food were to our liking. We also tried the new steak and cheese dip - yum sooo good!

The food was great. The service however, was horrible. Took 15 minutes for drinks and then waited another 15 minutes for our wait staff so we could order food and then she forgot about us. Didn't once come back to check on us or see if we needed anything. I'm sure being short staffed doesn't help but at least acknowledge people whom you seat.

Don't waste your time at this place. We called ahead to be seated at 2:45pm. We arrive to the restaurant on time and the hostess tells us oh, It will be 10 or 15 mins. At 3:36 pm, we were still waiting for a table. They explained that calling ahead doesn't mean you have a reservation & they only had 2 servers and 1 bartender on duty. Not sure who is in charge of scheduling but clearly they dropped the ball. You shouldn't be booking tables if you don't have the staff to support it.

How are you going to take a reservation for a certain time then an hour later still not seat us??? We would have understood if you told us you were understaffed but instead you were dishonest. You ruined my daughter's graduation dinner plans. Very disappointed.

Even though they were pretty busy we still had swift and respectable service. Our waiter was delightful and definitely deserves a raise. Overall wait time for food was pretty normal. Food tasted good and made the way we ordered without problems. Only complaint was the bathroom. I can only speak for the women's bathroom but there was tp all over the floor and barely any soap. It wasn't enough to wash my hands. Though I do understand they need staff on deck for how busy they were. Also for anyone watching what they eat or in a calorie deficit, they have their calories on the menu with the items. Honestly tired of a lot of restaurants not having that. Overall a nice place to go and enjoy a sit down meal.

The steak was so bland. I ordered a ribeye and it was so thin and over cooked they took it back and brought me another but the flavor just wasn't there. I'm not sure what's going on. The waitress was fine fine I umsuming they are just under staffed which is no fault of hers. Just so disappointed in the food.
