They sent us at 4 PM. I called in the store at 4:30 and they were stand that we were out there after I checked in at 4 PM. So 40 minutes later after my check-in, they brought my food. That was a total of an hour and 10 minutes from the time I ordered with a 25 to 30 minutes ready time. That’s not acceptable.
I don’t know if it is because of my height challenge, but they always miss seeing me after standing for 10 or more minutes. I have to chase them down and as usual they are very apologetic and seat me immediately. I am writing today because of the way they made me feel once I got someone. The young man treated me so kindly, seated me immediately and gave me one of the best servers ever.
