Not busy, we went in about 45 mins to close. (They close at 9 pm on Sundays) Greeted, served drinks, and the loaf of bread. Which was good as always. I ordered the Aussie salad with fried chicken, no bacon, and it didn't miss the ranch dressing. It was a little more spicy than I cared for, but it was still good.
We also ordered the Queensland Pasta, which is the chicken and shrimp one. He ate it all and said he gave it 5 out of 5, lol. I didn't get a picture...

Another great day in the Outback! I travel a good deal for business and I generally save the best meal of the trip for the last night, sort of as a personal reward or a celebration of a mission-accomplished. When there’s an Outback Steakhouse just a half mile from the best hotel (Hilton Garden Inn) in the area, that celebration is a no-brainer.

A medium rare ribeye with grilled shrimp, steamed broccoli, and a loaded baked potato delivered happily and courteously...

You know Outback! And that is the key. This is not an overly fru fru restaurant with $100 steaks. But I will tell you their Caesar salad is awesome. I have had Cesar salads from 100's of restaurants and this one it great. The mark is good dressing AND real grated Parmesan cheese. Hell, Gordon Ramsey's steak house had what seemed to be powered Parmesan. Ugh.

And the steaks ... All are good. Cooked to temp ... and their Prime Rib is always a good cut...
