Have not been to outback in so long thought I'd give it a try today waited about 40 mins for are food to come out... as I was waiting I watched this guy order the loaded fires and pulls a long juicy hair right out of it. That was my sign to go... service was not that great. I now remember why I dont eat here!

Chelsea our server was amazing super attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu and she even put extra lemons in my drink and I didn’t have to ask a second time which I usually do. The food was out quick and everything was right my kids are picky ? Chelsea made sure all their demands were met. all in all a great experience. Highly recommended to others to stop in there and ask for Chelsea.?Kid-friendliness: My kids are extremely picky and our server. Chelsea made sure that their order was exactly what they want and that means a lot to a single father.??

My wife and I used to go to this location often. One time our salads came out after our main course. The next time they took our order, than completely forgot us. The next time orders came out wrong. Just lately we tried to get in a restaurant across the street and they were packed at 4pm, so we said let's try it one more time. Service was very slow and stakes came out overcooked. We watched as others had order's mixed up or didn't receive in the order they should. We eat at other Outback restaurants and the service is what one would expect. Not sure what's going on at the Ferncreek location. But we're done trying.

It had been years since we had been outback... now I remember why. Service was slow. Food was ok...I ordered the bloomin chicken... looked NOTHING like the picture. It was supposed to be a breaded chicken breast with bloomin sauce drizzled on it and chives.... it came as breaded chicken breast and sauce in a cup on the side. Not worth $20. However, bloomin onion did not disappoint.
