Went at what I thought would be peak dinner time at 6:45. Ordered 3 entrees. 15 minutes later I was informed my order would take at least 8 to 10minutes more since they were 'out' of an ordered item. By the time I left the restaurant at 7:20 I was left frustrated and with cold food. Always gotten good service at this location. Disappointing they dropped the ball. I won't be returning.
As someone mentioned previously- the drive thru was awful but tonight was the worst. Employee failed to guide the front car who might had a dish under preparation to park in other spot to wait and made all of other cars had to jammed in the drive thru lane. Really hope the management team can see this and get better.

This place was awesome. This is literally only the 2nd time I've ever eaten Panda Express. The woman who helped us was very friendly with a great smile. She was very patient with me and my boys, even though they couldn't quite decide right away what they wanted. We even got a fresh batch of orange chicken. I'll be coming back.... the price was worth it.

Ordered an orange chicken bowl for pickup, was done a few minutes early and satisfied my craving for salty sweet chicken. Woman at the counter could've been a bit more lively but I've worked in fast casual food before and I know how it is

It's not even busy, but every employee is doing something and ignoring people at the counter. I'm waiting to pick up an Uber Eats order and have other orders waiting in the car, and I'm just being ignored while the employees are busy NOT putting my customer's food in my hand. There is not a line, it's well past dinner rush and they are just caught with their pants down and my customer's food isn't even ready. It took an age for them to even acknowledge my presence.
Not a great way to run a business, especially in this end of town where people expect high quality service. I've gotten better service at the Taco Bell on 28th Street if that tells you anything.

Stopped in at 9 PM. Almost everything was empty not very friendly at all. Service seemed like they’re worried about cleaning and closing versus taking care of the guest with some fresh food. They did offer to make something but never took my order. Didn’t know what I needed so I left
It’s hard finding good guests to come in I love panda express but I know better than to come in at 9 o’clock at night. It seems it’s pretty consistent across the board. There’s a couple that I go to here and there are my travels that are on their game and that’s why they’re busy from 9 to 10 PM cause their food is fresh and they’re always full of food or at least have food when you walked in. I don’t mind having it cooked order when you have an hour to go it’s probably a smart idea to have some of the main staples.
Okay food, tried for a first time. Hit and miss quality. Overall okay for the money.

Unfortunately this location is nearly always unbelievably slow. 0/10 recommend going through the drive-thru. I have spent well over 20 minutes in the drive-thru on several occasions, even with only ordering 1 entree & placing it through a mobile order. Very very very frustrating.

Ordering on the app takes longer to be ready than ordering in person. Dont bother ordering from the app. They dont start making it till you arrive.

I usually love Panda, but this location especially just falls short on many aspects, and im done giving them any more chances l. When you walk in and wait to order, no one greets you and forget getting friendly customer service. Its not going to happen when you come here. The last 4 visits have all been consistently regrettable. Several workers will make eye contact with you and say NOTHING while you wait for 5 minutes to order with no one in line. I feel like a bother to be there... the food is supposed to be at least hot but tasted cold and hours old. Asked for 2 medium drinks and they guy charged and gave us 2 large.. For the insane prices they're asking for their frozen food, you should go literally anywhere else. It's absolutely not worth it anymore.

Every time, and I mean every D time I go there for dinner they are out of something, in this case everything. Wife wanted mushroom chicken but nooooo...out and they aren't going to make anymore... they are out of mushrooms! Really, out, R U kidding me? That's like Mc D's running out of Fillet O Fish!! OK I'll take 4 eggrolls, white rice and super greens. Oh no OH NO, no eggrolls maybe another 10 minutes! And for the hat trick...no super greens! Even though the super greens would be only a few minutes (I know this from past experiences) by this time i am so angry i can't see straight. And... not one time did anyone offer an apology, trust me, they new I was angry but not a word they just looked at me.
While this experience is far far from the first time it will be the last time. When we actually get to dine worth PE we really like the food but there are too many other places to give my money to than wasting my time with the likes of this place.
