Placed an order at 4:10 , order said it would be ready by 4:30 ;however , the order was not ready until 5. Waited for 30 minutes inside. Horrible service. Do not recommend.

We did not get our trays taken to the table because we are handicapped. My husband had to go get the trays After he seated me.

This location has gone down hill. Management has seemed to change. Last visit I purchased 2 plates and a cub meal. All the meals had mostly cabbage no chow mein noodles. This seems to be a trend based on other reviews recently. I’ve also had to, on a couple occasions, sit and wait 10 mins or longer for items to be made. Not sure why, at lunchtime, these things aren’t already prepared or kept being made so that this doesn’t happen. They clearly aren’t paying attention. I asked the drive thru employee, Thomas, to make sure that on my most recent order that we get more noodles than cabbage (I don’t pay for cabbage!). His response was “I can only do what I can do.” Who is the manager?? And even though I asked for them not to give us a bunch of cabbage, he did anyways. This was from just one meal, all the cabbage was picked out of the chow mein.

Just went through the drive through, they gave us the wrong order and when we told them it wasnt ours the lady snatched the food from my hands making one of the items from the bag drop. We parked to make sure everything was there and we were missing chicken. The coke wae nasty, I don't know if that is the machines fault or someone messed up, went back inside and replaced my own drink in the lobby. They were very rude today not sure why, normally they are very nice and food is normally very good! Very disappointed in their service.

My family has always enjoyed eating at panda express until today, 3/24/25 at 8:45 PM. Today both of my kids ordered something simple, double orange chicken and noodles and instead of giving noodles when we got home, the box only had cabbage and onion with maybe 6 noodles! Can you imagine Getting Home and your kids opening a box that has only onions and cabbage !! My kids wouldn’t even eat the food very disappointing and a complete waste of money! All I can say is DO BETTER, we asked for noodles so if needed cook new fresh noodles if you have to ,if you don’t have enough noodles, but to give a whole box of cabbage and onion, it’s just ridiculous!

don’t get the shrimp

Aggressively mediocre. It’s just not good. I’ve tried it twice and I truly don’t see how they have folks returning. I would avoid.

This location has great customer service & the food is great.
