I've been waiting 50 minutes for my food, I went up and asked how long it would take beacuse the app said it would only be 5 minutes and there was only 2 people in line. they told me they hadn't even started making it but to give them 5 minutes, it's been 20 and they still haven't started making it.

Very embarrassing situation, I paid the bill twice. When I got to the checkout I paid by card and sat down at the table. After a while the girl at the checkout started to insinuate that I hadn't paid, I showed the receipt on my phone to another colleague but it was in Italian and she didn't understand 100%. In the end I told the cashier I'll pay back, I don't want any problems, after I repaid the cashier's colleague told me: go, I believe you.... of course after I paid several times. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN
