Literally all coffee was out. Then in the bathroom the paper towels are out. Someone is dropping the ball

WORST Panera Ever!!!! WAITED over 40 minutes for a salad and a bowl of soup!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! 🤨
We don't often get the chance eat at panera so this was a treat. The Cheddar Broccoli soup I had was delicious. My wife says her French onion was also. The kitchen sink cookie was also delicious.
The chicken toma asiago bagel stack was missing half of the ingrediences. Few pieces of chicken and cheese and a paper thin tomato and nothing else..
My order came out incorrect but Alexis went above and beyond in making it right. She is the example of what customer service should be! Thank you for being empathetic and very kind.
Alexis was amazing! She fixed me up right away and She had such a friendly and welcoming attitude that completely made my day. Will definitely visit this location more often!
Friendly service. It's Panera, so the food is dependable.
Was SO disappointed in our lunch and at how dirty this store is. Won't bother coming back to this one. Panera you are really letting me down.

I have ordered food from Champions Dr. Panera. All on the weekend and food through doordash. The food has been Awful. Today had Mac and cheese and the cheese sauce was very thin. The Asiago chicken Romeo was terrible. No napkins or plastic utensils.By far the worst Panera in Louisville.
It's more spacious and cleaner than many Panera Bread stores.
I made an order for a coffee tote to be ready ASAP, received email it will be ready on 6:58 am, then received email that it's ready for pickup on 6:43 am. I arrived at the Cafe on 6:57am for pick up my order but did not find it, the employee gave me coffee cup and told me to help myself, I told her my order said it's ready for a coffee tote, she asked for my name then she said she does not know what I am talking about and no order for my name. Another employee came and asked again for my name and said it looks like the other employee thought it's a cup of coffee so she made it ready on the system and will make it ready now. I had to wait 20 minutes, I got my order on 7:17 am. That caused me to be late to my work. No on apologize at all for this at all. After I received my order, the employee also did not say anything. She just gave me the coffee tote and left without saying have a good day. This is very bad service even though you are located in a good area in the city and expectations to be higher for this place.
1 clean table in the whole place! Only 5 customers in the building too 🤔😮
Saw a employee eating with some customer infront of us and pretty shortstaffed.
