Loved the staff member who kept trying to get me to buy the cookies. He was fun, but I was stubborn!!! Food was great, place was clean, staff was helpful. No lines and quick service. I’ll eat here again. I got the fontaga (spelling) chicken sandwich. It was very tasty. I have had their salads as well and I’m very impressed.Dietary restrictions: My friend is gluten intolerant and dairy intolerant. His salad looked amazing! He didn’t die or get sick… so I assume they do a good job.

Order and paid a Smokey búfalo chicken sandwich without cheese.After 10 minutes I got the sandwich with a lot of cheese. I took the sandwich back and stated it has cheese. I was told by the employees behind the prep area I have to wait until the last order was made!I talked to the cash register and the response was the same. Then I talked to the assistant manager and the order was made!Guess what they poured the whole bottle of the spice buffalo sauce in the sandwich!It was not eatable. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t wanted to cause a problem, I had waited 35 minutes already for the sandwich to be done. So I threw the sandwich and I left!It is sad how the image of one of the best place to eat get trashed by no responsible workers and manager.There was not coffee available when I asked and they didn’t care.This happened March 9, 2023 at 3:00pm.Think twice when you go there!

My son loves their bagels. I enjoy the occasional charged lemonade. I love the yuzu mango. I had yuzu in Japan and mango from India and it was the best mix of the two. Do know that the charged lemonade has an excessive amount of caffeine. Drink it wisely. Don't have like 3 in a row. That's probably a terrible idea. They do taste great though.

Ordered, with free delivery via there app, a margherita pizza with extra sauce and someone got the bright idea to douse it with sauce. It's inedible. I'm sure they didn't care because I was having it delivered. Sad.

Lunch was good. Napa chicken salad sandwich and wild rice soups are very good. The blood orange drink is pretty gross. For $4.19 each you think it would be better.
I have seen cleaner bathrooms in some small truck stops. The dining room floor was dirty, trash and food particles everywhere. Someone needs to purchase a vacuum! The food was decent. Although the food prep crew was not very helpful.

I am a fan of Panera Bread overall. However, the last few times I've ordered from this particular location. they got my order wrong and missed giving us a bagel, a soup, or something. I called to let them know multiple times about the orders. I talked to the manager to see what they could do. First they were going to credit my card, then they said they were going to send me a coupon in the mail. Neither of these happened. Very frustrating. If you are going to go to Panera, don't go to this one. Drive a little further. Maybe you will get a more accurate order or better service.

Pulled up and the drive thru was a mess…people actually honking in the line lol.I ordered a turkey sandwich but on a baguette …they said …we don’t make anything on a baguette ..but you do ..toasted baguette, give me a turkey sandwich on a non toasted baguette…we can’t do that? What I’ve ordered it before? Then they gave me the wrong order lol …worst Panera ever! I just went to Jersey mikes which was very close. They had their act together ??thank you jersey mikes for handling Paneras poor customer service.

Spent over $30 on two smoothies, which were only 2/3 full, most of which were huge ice cubes.....and a salad which was supposed to be void of blue cheese because I am allergic. After stating I was allergic, they assured me there would be none on the salad, but instead, it's covered and not edible.
