Generally very nice people who are efficient and understanding. It’s a high traffic location and one of the only food options in that part of the Health Science Campus.

5 visits, 5 wrong orders...dont slice, toast when you dont want it toasted, wrong cream cheese or no cream cheese and they check the receipt off with a big smiley face like the order is right. I also put order in advance....Absolutely zero excuses

Had drink refills in all paneras except this one, so rude and ridiculous for drink that cost 5$ , also more than half self-services kiosk didn't work. Salad was not at all as shown on the picture

Very clean. The ladies that were tidying up the refreshments bar were very delightful, courteous and mindful of not only guests but their team members as well. It really stood out when I overhead one team member guiding (a possible trainee) on their values to think of others as well when performing all of their duties. That was very refreshing! Well done!

They are rude to doordashers. They do not get the orders ready on time. You constantly have to wait and they act like they don't even care

Not the greatest Panera I've been to. Unfriendly service at best. All I got was a self serve drink and it felt like an ordeal.

I did a door dash order. Chicken salad, fruit cup and a orange glazed sconce. The chicken salad had a bunch of mixed greens that had the smell of petroleum/ chemical agent. The sconce was stale . The fruit cup was 2/3 full . The fruit was tasteless. 50.00 + for a disgusting lunch . I do not recommend the chicken salad!!!

Potato soup was very watery with hard potatoes. They forgot part of my order so I had to go through drive thru again. Looked like employees were playing. Unprofessional.
