I love THIS Panera. I’m not sure if all of them treat their customers the same way, but this one always goes above and beyond in their customer service. I typically order off the app (a really great user interface) which keeps me updated on real time inventory. However, they will sometimes not have an item, like a pastry, that I ordered (someone ordered it before me). This location will call me, tell me what likewise items they have, let me choose and throw in extra. Last time, when they didn’t have enough cinnamon rolls, they gave me extra pastries on top of allowing me to call in and get a FREE order of cinnamon rolls. Their food is always fresh, delivery is always swift and I have NEVER received an incorrect order. That says a lot. I eat like a child and am quite picky :D

Four times in two weeks I’ve come to this Panera. Every time no one came to my car I even waited 17 minutes extra one time. They are incompetent and understaffed. Go to another Panera.

Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad, is the One thing I look forward to spring and summer. It Mouth full of all that's good in food together. My children prefer it over everything else in Panera Bread. "WE recommend that you should atlanta give it a taste if no sensitivity.

I ordered two pick 2 menus. I found hair in one of the orders (the soup and the sandwich). The salad of the other order was a joke, simply lettuce with feta cheese. They forgot to add tomatoes and other ingredients. Unfortunately I ordered a carry out, so I didn't realize all of this until I was at home. Not going back here.

Panera is one of my favorite places for brunch. Huge selection of pastries. Double fudge brownie is undoubtedly the best around. Much variety in salads and soups. Love the cheese and broccoli soup!
Surprises there no seats and no one to take an order. Then I ask them to hold baget and substitute because I have celiac and they put the baget in any way crumbs all over the top. Ugh

Nothing but children working the front end. They were more concerned with gossiping with one another than to focus on my order. Turns out, my order was completely wrong as expected. Then when I went back to get it fixed, the old man in the back wanted to argue with me about it. Don’t waste your time here.
