This is the best Panera in the Louisville area in my honest opinion.

I’ve gone through the drive thru and overall the staff is very nice however it is the slowest drive thru ever and wouldn’t go back if I was on a time crunch…

Did not give me what I ordered.
I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich. Received a Bacon egg and cheese. Was not great. Just okay.

I came through the drive through to order breakfast for a team meeting. I had a lot of questions because it was a big order. I ordered the bagel box and asked for the bagels to be sliced. I specifically asked if they come in a box so that they’d be presentable for the team I was presenting to. The girl on the intercom was nice and I told her I’d be back in 30 minutes to place the order.
When I placed the order, I was given the bagels thrown into a bag, cold, despite me asking for them to be toasted. So I went back into the restaurant and patiently waited to speak with someone.
The manager, Ryan, came up to me and said that I should’ve placed a catering order if I wanted a box because they don’t have boxes. He said there was nothing they could do even though I offered to pay to make it right and pay for a catering box. He said all he could do was offer me plates for my clients. I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t angry with them, I simply was looking for solutions and he gave me zero
Fortunately, his employee FOXIE Was nearby and said I did not have to pay for a box. She would get me one and it was exactly what I was looking for. Ryan told her to hand me gloves so that I could put the bagels in a box. Foxie came around to the other side of the counter and put gloves on, and we put every single bagel in the box in a presentable way. She also got me better bags and utensils and made sure I had the right cream cheeses. Because of Foxie, I will be back in the future to place catering orders for my team. If I had only experienced Ryan, I would’ve given this a 1 star review.

Came in at 730p, nobody in line. Had to wait 12 minutes to be waited on because the girl behind the counter couldn't serve and the manager was cleaning the bathroom’s for closing, but they dont close til 9.
Wow, Great Customer Service.! If you’re goning to close up early and make your customers feel like a burden.. just close earlier. That would be better than me spending $25 to be treated like crap.

My order was messed up so when I came back I was greeted with a smile by the woman cleaning the cafe and she quickly got me a remake on my food. I think it was ruby with the orange/red twists that was so kind and helpful and they even threw me in some little treats in apology for the order being messed up. I will definitely be back I love the energy here!
