I love coming to this Panera Bread! The atmosphere is nice, and the workers are very nice.

Why do they always mix the cold and hot food in carry-out bags?? It's not rocket science that hot food should be packaged separately from the cold food...

This doesn't taste like eating fast food but it's definitely fast if you order to go or drive-

It's been a while since I've visited Panera and now I remember why. The prices are outrageous and , based on the sandwich I got, the food is mediocre. I did the self check out and couldn't get the first three sandwiches I wanted because they didn't have the right cheese. I finally settled on a steak and cheese which had practically no steak or cheese but heaps of pickled onions. Would not recommend especially since it was more than $13. They've closed most of the Paneras in Louisville. I now understand why.

Not a great Panera, but fine. I have to expect a little more when they want you to spend over $5 on a cookie.

Did drive thru after er visit … counted on French onion soup being up to par like my usual experience with other menus items. NOT WORTH IT!! My French onion soup came with little tiny (4) croutons, smaller than the croutons you get in a bag at the grocery store with no taste. There was no cheese. A cup size portion that was suppose to be a bowl. French onion soup is suppose to have bread not pinkie finger tip size croutons and cheese on top. Isn’t that the point. If it comes like this inside the restaurant you need to rethink this item. I could’ve opened a can of campbells at home and thrown cheese on top and still had ten bucks in my pocket. I just trusted because it was Panera it would be good and it wasn’t even trying. I can’t afford to eat out usually, haven’t been to Panera in a long while. Is this why?

I had just come from Dr appt to hear I need heart surgery. I wasn't really hungry so my husband said ,how about soup/sandwich at Panera. I said sounds great. I cut my sandwich in 1/2 only to find a hair on my plate. Appetite was totally gone now. The coffee bar was messy, the floor in front of it was sticky, and I walked back to where you could see the cooks in the kitchen and none of them had hairnets on. I guess they don't do that anymore but I'm old-fashioned. It will probably be a long while before I ever go to a Panera again

My kids and I came here for lunch. Basicly everything is self serve from order to pick up your order to get your drinks. That doesn't bother me as much as asking for a tip in receipt; for what? Anyway, the food portions were smaller than other paneras I've been to. The full sandwich was literally two small sandwiches as even the bread was small. They use to have bigger large slices of bread then cut in half. The pizza flat bread was bread and cheese. For bill That totaled almost $40, not on our return anytime soon.
