1) The prices are outrageous here for the portions. 2) We placed a rapid pick up order, received a text and email saying our order was ready, and then had to wait 20 min inside the cafe after those messages were received to get our food (two bowls of soup). I've known places to do this recently to improve their numbers, and it's extremely misleading and frustrating to consumers when we think our food is ready to go. If it takes that long for rapid pick up, be honest about it, and don't send false emails to help your own numbers and make it seem like you're quicker than you are. 3) They were out of bread bowls at dinner time and didn't adjust our prices since we ordered a bread bowl on the app for rapid pick up. 4) My french onion soup didn't come with any cheese on it (which is half of the allure) like the picture and description advertises. Overall bad experience and won't be returning.

Four meals ordered in store to go, looked like correct as did check on salads that had changes made to them to be sure right but didn't think to check the one Caesar salad that no changes were made to ... Once got home with meals, realized no Caesar dressing for the salad.

Chicken chipotle sandwich was yummy and I'd order that again. Service good. Onion soup okay, but barely warmed. Why is Iced tea which is mostly water, so expensive? Staff all very nice and friendly.

I frequent this location for meetings, and I think they have some of the nicest staff around! I'm not the biggest fan of Panera, but the food here is typically fresh and this store is pretty clean. If they ever remodel, they should definitely make it more work-friendly - there are only a few seating areas with outlets and the seating is a little wonky there due to groups using it as a meeting spot.
