I went through drive through today at 456pm and I have to give London a shoutout! She gave exceptional customer service! I work in sales and she was super friendly I felt her energy through the communication. She upsold me on a Pastry and even recommended her favorite which I got! When I pulled up she told me it would be a few minutes and how was my day. She is truly a delight and A great asset for your location! Not too many young people care and she definitely did. We talked about school and our common sport of track. It was very refreshing and genuine! Kudos to this young lady! I will

EVERYTIME I COME HERE THEY ARE OUT OF EVERYTHING!!!! If you do inventory regularly an order your truck you will have enough supplies…. They have none of the iced coffees again today there always out of multiple food items this is literally every time I visit this location… i drive by this location everyday at many different times and I never see it busy so I don’t understand why everything is always out I get you can’t stock up on bakery items but being out of several sandwiches and not being able to get any of the iced coffees is crazzzy…. I don’t know how this place is gonna stay open because I have not visited here one time and them not be out of several ingredients to make menu items and that’s not an exaggeration it’s been literally every time! Customers are not going to drive to this location when things are always out.

Grew who made my sandwich threw it up on the counter and it fell off the plate on the counter, my grilled cheese wasn’t even melted, this place has went down hill severely, it used to be a my favorite place, but we got our money back and left, it’s a shame !! Take some pride in your job !!

Horrible, you'd think I would learn my lesson, once again after six episodes of them leaving food items off my order. We'll, struck again, left egg and bacon off my ciabata bacon egg sandwich once again!!!

My husband and I ate at Panera tonight for the first time in a long time. The young lady who took our order clearly did not want to be bothered with us. She tapped her fingernails on the counter because we weren’t ordering fast enough. She asked me to repeat everything. She didn’t tell me the total; just pointed at the register. All this while leaning on the pastry counter. I understand that good help is hard to find but this is pitiful.

Had breakfast and lunch while I worked. Food was great, and from experiencing customer service with other customers, it was good. I would like to see a little More personable conversations with customers. Every single time I order I pay extra to add avocado to my sandwich and I don't think I've ever gotten it a single time. Also multi-leaf lettuce but I can live with that because it doesn't cost extra. Not a big enough issue to bother with calling or driving back to the store, but just another tiny thing that steals my joy and slowly wears at my will to live in this dystopian hellscape of a country. I worked at Panera for 8 years so I know how obvious the screens make the modifications. Please do better.
