It seems like every time I go there they’ve gotten rid of one of the few food items I like. Most recently chocolate drinks. I wanted a mocha latte but nope. Ok, I’ll just mosey on to one of a dozen other places that have it. They can have my money from now on. I’m done with Panera forever.

Ordered two of the steak and white cheddar sandwiches. Recieved one sandwich with no cheese, no onion and no horseradish. The meat was burnt and the bread rock-hard. Most disappointing sandwich I've had in a long time.

I order catering and lunch from this site fairly often. Rarely any issues with any of the orders and when there is they make it right quick. Kelly does an amazing job with the catering orders, I'm not used to seeing food look this good. The care taken is obvious.
