The drive thru always takes way too long. This time I sat for 25 minutes, absolutely ridiculous! I was on my break, and ended up being late as well as didn’t have any time to eat my soup. This is unacceptable!3

Front of store very helpful. Order complete within 5 minutes.
My soup was delightful, a thick squash based, with scents of fall.
Inside decor is calming with well placed seating.

This Panera just smells bad. I thought the renovation would help, but it just didn’t. I used to come here and drink coffee/meet folks but I just can’t get over the smell. I’ll have to find someplace else.

Took my niece to brunch. It wasn't busy when we went and we were able to sit down and have a nice quiet time.

this Panera is always out of something 😅 first avocado next no asiago bagel then you ask for a plain bagel and wait 15 mins with 2 cars in front of you and they're out of that too when I get up to the window. And the drive thru traps you so it's hard to leave. I've had to cancel my order multiple times because of how many things they're out of things 💀 they take forever to get the food ready too, good luck everyone else

If I could give them zero stars, I would do it . Had me wait 20 minutes before telling me Tellingthey gave my food to the wrong person . The person that gave my food to the wrong person, his name was Josh. He was African-American and had gold teeth To be specific . Just so we know who is the blame . He was on his phone the whole time basically standing by the doorway, just looking And a couple times, he put his phone up on top of the counter so that he could make a drink here and there while I was waiting. When the girl had to walk up from the back, she asked him what happened and he just nonchalantly act like nothing was wrong never even told me sorry about that. Also, he reeked of marijuana . Either way After this happened, they told me that the manager to give me a refund Would have to wait 10 more minutes before she could come out of the back . After about 10 more minutes, they asked me if I wanted a free drink Which they gave me . Only for her to actually give me the refund without any food after I waited 30 min total. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had a Panera bread in my life and I’m 34 . You got it Josh definitely needs to be fired because he does not care about the job at all or customer service . I would actually maybe fire the manager as well because she didn’t care either and was willing to let the customer wait for 10 minutes after already waiting for 20 . The dark headed girl that helped me was the only person who was actually worth having . She was nice and working hard which I could easily see . The manager should have offered the money back and the food I waited 30 min for . She didn’t care really either . Even though Her employee admitted to giving my food to the wrong person.

Do not drink anything from this nasty store!!!!! I just opened my daughter’s tea because it tasted funny . Nasty build up of bacteria because they don’t clean the tea machines . Just got off the phone with the manager that admitted they don’t clean them. You can get extremely sick from this .

A Guy Named Something (stonktradomus)

Tastes as exciting as tap water.

Also visibly and proportionately depressing.

Stunned to get such a chincy sandwich.

It has but a dainty dash of unseasoned, bland steak. Even the egg is sadly unseasoned. It's very plain, tasteless, no flavor, no seasoning, no sauce. But even garlic aoili couldn't have saved this miniature, toddler-proportioned sandwich. There's a lot of competition out there for this level of extreme blah.

When did you stop caring?

Overall, a culinary disaster. Where's the culinary expression of gratitude for patrons?

I now relate Panara Bread in the same category as seasonal depression.

*Pairs well with Prozac
