How are you going to answer a business phone like Papa John's saying "what" and then hang up on me after you've got me on hold and then whenever I call back you act like nothing happened and deny that you hung up on me!I am absolutely repulsed by the professionalism and that environment as well as everybody there working today on February 5th 2024! I very seldom order pizza any more because I can't afford it. When I have ordered it from this Papa John's the food has always been hot and good when it was delivered. Their drivers have always been friendly. Their delivery time is usually around 30-45 minutes.

Ordered delivery from here tonight and the food was excellent. Ordered the Shaq extra large pizza that was on sale and it was worth every penny. Ordered a side of Chicken Parmesan bites and brownies. Excellent! Now I almost gave 4 stars because we ordered extra pepperchinis and some packs of their special seasoning packets and didn't get any of either. I'll let it slide this time but we were perturbed they didn't get it right.

Thought I would give the place the benefit of the doubt, but found out the string of bad reviews had some truth to them. I ordered take-out, the girl closest to the cash register tended to me and got my order mixed up with another order...even after "confirming" my name on the box (Brandon and Jacob do not sound remotely similar, not sure how that mix up happened). I opted for the one star due to the way she handled the dough she was working on when I got there...let's just say it wasn't sanitary.
I order here regularly. Several times I order extra pepperoni and they don't add extra. The last time I ordered 8/31 the supervisor promised to give me a credit. I called a few days later to utilize the credit and the employee told me that there wasn't anything in my account stating I received a credit. She told me to call back a few hours later. It's silly because I order here so often that it literally makes no sense to lie about a $10 credit for a pizza. I'm usually chill and take my L but I am annoyed that the supervisor made that promise to not follow through. I will just avoid this location moving forward. The staff is clearly struggling in some areas.

It’s is the worst pizza shop I have seen ever we just came into the store while travelling to canada the store was open we just get in but the staff was not taking our order insisting to go out and order online we unable to order online finally ending of with our pizza staff and manager not have any courtesy how to deal and respect the customer we where so hungry as we have drive almost 12 hours from houstonI would request all future customers to protest also papa John has to take immediate action in this regard.
