I ordered 2 medium original crust pizzas online. When the pizza arrived I noticed that the crust was thin crust! I attempted to call the store several times! One time waiting on hold for 31 minutes and NO ONE still didn’t answer! I finally was able to get an answer 2 hours later and explained to the manager what the issue was! The manager proceeded to go back and forth with me about MY pizza! She told me she is the manager and she is the only one in the store (hence probably why no one ever answered the phone for customer service earlier). And she remembers making those pizzas and that my pizza isn’t thin crust! She continued to try and convince me that 1. My pizza isn’t thin crust and 2. That I didn’t call!

In the end I got a refund after she rudely asked me if that is what I wanted! I have no reason to lie! And papa John’s jst lost a customer jst off this experience!

Papa Johns has gotten so skimpy on their toppings. We ordered an all meats pizza and at least two slices had no meat at all. I have been disappointed in Papa Johns for a while, but this may be the straw that broke the camel's back.
In addition, the only words spoken to me were to call out my name ... no eye contact.

They always screw up my order. I wait HOUURRSSS for delivery. Once I receive my delivery my pizzas and wings are old and cold. Always such a disappointment! It’s literally every single time I order. The service is 🗑️ trash. Do better. Tonight was my last time ordering from this location. It’s disgusting really. Not the least bit professional , you hear people cursing in the background when you call in to check on your order, loud music, just sounds like a party. It’s a disaster at this location. Find else where to order!

I never received my delivery order. I went to the store and was told that it could be remade but it was going to be 40 minutes or more. This is after waiting an hour and a half to go to the store after the order was supposed to be delivered. The staff in the location was rude and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS OR ANOTHER PAPA JOHNS AS LONG AS I LIVE.

I didn't get my entire order it was 11:00 so I called back immediately so I can get it brought back to me mind you I had paid extra for it and it is essential to enjoy the rest of the meal that I had bought! Apparently they don't answer the phones after 11:00 in hopes to if they don't answer the phone apparently they don't get more orders so they don't have to worry about leaving past 12:00 what did Papa John's black when it wasn't even a franchise yet it was just three stores in Louisville and never had such horrible service in my life finally I got a manager on the phone whose job was to nickel and dimed me into believing that a piece of paper written somewhere in his office was going to make my day special someday down the road when I only order pizza every 3 months or so cuz I simply can't afford it to order it all the time and apparently 45 minutes was just too close to cut off time to make them give me the rest of the food that I ordered and paid for and paid for the delivery charge and everything else that comes with getting service like that when you don't have any way to get it yourself! So he puts me on hold and has me on hold for almost 45 minutes until the store was officially closed now and then hung up the phone I never ever had such poor service in my life back in the day when we were building this franchise into the empire it is now we would have never ever gotten out of that bar closet with a pizza oven serving our customers the way I was treated that night you have no concern whatsoever that this is one treat I get once every 3 months nor do they care it's what time they get off work and get home and that's all that matters to them even though it was written as plain as day on my order what I wanted and it is not my fault that a young adult can't take the time out to read and do his job correctly the first time so he doesn't have to repeat to make the customer happy which I did that religiously when I work for them back in the 80s sothat's why Papa John's is as big as it is just back then we did care about our customers and I don't know what to say about the door now but I will never order Papa John's again!! What really hurts is the manager treating me like a fool and had me sit on hold for 45 minutes knowing that he wasn't going to do anything for me that he was going to simply hang up once midnight hit 0 and it makes me sad to think that somebody would treat someone so horribly just to say I couldn't do anything for cuz we were closed! Poor management poor ethics for service poor franchise that deserves to shut down because they treat their customers so poorly!

I have a video o havef my wife pulling out a foot long hair in her pizza and I call Papa Johns says why are you just now calling back? I said well I made two 15 minute calls before I went to this movie. I had to watch the movie so I called you when I got out and she said we can only refund you for the pizza you ate I said we loss appetite when we seen that, she was so rude smh

The service was fast and the manager was nice but the food looked horrible. I see why it was fast now, I had to call back up to store and say something. She ended up refunded me, they training some new hires. So hopefully the next time goes better.

I am very highly upset it took an hour phone app kept saying ready for pick up. Got to the store 5363. My pizza was setting on the shelf and kept getting not ready. Finally got my pizza after door dasher kept cutting me off. This store has no order need order for door dash people cutting line to get their order. I really want a refund pizza was cold.
