I order two order of cheese sticks with six extra sauces, when they sent a alert that they was on the way, I was looking out the window, The delivery driver dropped my pizza but still had the nerve to sit it on the porch and pull off, I tried to flag him down but he kept going but me and my kids definitely was not about to eat that, I called several times to only keep sitting on hold, before you knew it, the store was closed, the operator told me to call back when they reopen so that's what I did to only be on hold for a hour now and still no answer, this is unacceptable….. April 12.2024 it wouldn’t let me do another review so I had to add another review on this one, this is beyond unacceptable for anyone to receive there food like this

Usually my experience is good but I ordered my food at 5:55 and it's been 2 hours and still have no food or am i able to get ahold of anyone at the store to even cancel my order. $50 down the drain.

Absolutely rediculous, ordered 2 papadias and a papa bowl. One papadia came with the wrong sauce on it neither came with sauce cups, both papadias are soggy and dripping with grease, the papa bowl had 2 noodles in it and thats it. Called to try and either get a refund or get it reordered and the employees act like its a joke heard them say to just hang up the phone that its just a prank. Then they hung up on us. Had to call back, got no apology and they were still talking in the background about it. Told us to bring it in and they take care of it. Why order it for delivery if i have to go to the store anyway to have it corrected? I ordered it for delivery for a reason.

WORST PIZZA AND STAFF EVER!!! Dog didn’t even want it and he begs for everything. Uncooked dough, toppings only on half the pizza and wrong ?I knew the pizza was going to be upsetting when I walked in and saw about ten teens gathered around a phone hollering. No one was working. It looked like a pep rally. Food EVERYWHERE at the pizza station smh

If I could give less than one star I would! Very sorry service! They they claim they knocked on our door Yet we've been sitting here for 1 1/2 hours waiting for delivery. That they decided to cancel. Then they claim our phone number is wrong but yet we double-checked it and it is correct on the app. This is the 2nd time of horrible service from this store.

This place is horrible every time I order pizza from here they mess up my order or don't bring my pizza. They are disrespectful and rude, they need better/new workers. I ordered a pineapple barbecue chicken pizza and they didn't put barbecue or chicken on the pizza, this is just nonsense and obviously their work ethic is terrible and attitude!
