Ordered 12 inch cheese pizza for delivery. It only has 8 slices, so when you get your pizza 2 of the slices have burnt cheese sitting up in a bubble. Grubhub gave me a refund but still called the Mgr to inform him of the quality of food being delivered from that store. His response was, we are teaching and telling our workers to pay more attention to the pizza. Sir, no that is not the correct answer. My motto is at any fast food or restaurant: If you wouldn't eat it or want your family and kids to eat then don't give it to your customers. IT'S THAT SIMPLE!!!

Ordered a pizza without bacon and it had bacon all over it. Delivery and box receipt both indicate no bacon. This is the second time we’ve experienced a mixup. We also had 2 hairs on our pizza.I contacted the “store number” over 20 times where it was disconnected 20 times. The only people I could talk to was the “ordering team” who cannot assist with correcting this issue.One star for delivery only. Delivery person was friendly.

Please get new people in here. The food is awful the service is just as bad. It's so close to my house and it's a shame I have to take my business elsewhere due to easily fixable issues if they would just fire the entire staff and start from sctatch. Pizza not cooked when asked for well done, ordered chicken poppers i was given rubbery cold nugets and wrong sauce, wrong topping on pizza and rude Manager. No compinsation for this either. At this point little ceasers doen the road is better than this place. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY I BEG YOU!!!

Very funny experience with the careless manager. I called in to order a pick up order for 35-45 people for our yearly get together at our office.The conversation was as below:Male manager: Hi tiss papa John’s, how can help? Spoke like he was going to miss the train.Me: Hi I have a few questions, first being do you do curbside pickup?Male manager: No No NoMe: Okay no problem. And I would like to …..manager hung up…. make a bulk order …….toneeee….I am like what? ? looks like the manager is quite busy standing idle.Called Bardstown and gave a bulk order and it was happily brought to us at curbside.Total came out to be $437 excluding tip.

Consistently the worst Papa John’s (and worst pizza in general). It’s very conveniently located, so I give them another chance every now and then, but I rarely get a pizza that is even decent. I’ll drive an extra 10mins to the hurstbourne store or get dominos instead (and I’m not even a fan of dominos really).When I do get pizza from here, I frequently get slices without toppings and rather often even without cheese. The crust is inconsistent and over-cooked a lot of the time. Highly recommend going anywhere else than this specific Papa John’s.
Received an incorrect order, as well as missing items. The manager is blatantly ignoring me and I only ever asked for a replacement order. Have been trying to get this fixed for weeks.

I I absolutely hate this one today was my last time I door dash for extra income and either I'm totally ignored or like today disrespected by a manager because I wear a mask just to make sure people feel at ease. When I'm delivering there food but I have a 5 year old who has a very weak immune system said he. Felt like I might be planning to rob the place first if I was to do some stupid stuff like that I wouldn't come in and show you my phone with the door dash orders and I'm active delivering on there but for what maybe a couple hundred bucks ?or maybe he has a guilty conscience and looking for a way to cover up some money he stashed give me a break

I recently started ordering from here, within the last 2 months. And I have to say having read all the previous reviews, I'm thinking everything has been improved upon. I say this because everything has been exactly as I had ordered 100% spot on, forgetting nothing, and delivered extremely quickly. I'm very happy with the quality and I'm guessing things have changed based upon the previous negative reviews! I'm very happy and I'm a real person LOL. I order about twice a week and have not been disappointed not once within the last 2 to 3 months.

Person that prep/ making the pizza doesn't wear any type of glove, using bare hands. When people came in to pick up their order nobody come to greet or ask what they need for least 10 mins+ while their employees were standing aroundand hanging out in the back doing nothing.
