Haven't had Papa John's in years. Decided to get just a basic pepperoni pizza. Man, going to show my age but this pizza tasted exactly how you'd expect a Ninja Turtle pizza to taste or that juicy gooey pizza from the Goofy Movie. Secret is asking for them to top it with extra sauce. I'm drooling now thinking of it.

DO NOT ORDER!!! Absolutely terrible! Ordered delivery and delivery driver just left it on my front porch without ringing doorbell. It was cold when we realized it had been delivered. $50 down the drain! The manager, Alan, was ridiculous and argued with me about being notified that our order had arrived! If you look at other negative reviews-Alan is mentioned in many. He should be fired immediately! I will be calling corporate and will never order from this location again!

Food’s alright, but the service really needs work. I always ask for my pizza to be square cut, and it’s never done right. Last time I brought it up, and they straight-up refused to fix it. On top of that, customer service was pretty bad—employees were outside smoking and just hanging out instead of helping customers. Not a great look.

This team always makes me feel at home when I stop in. I don't write reviews very often but the employees here are always so nice to me, always trying to save me money where they can and always deliver a quality product. Long time patron and will continue to be.
I want to discuss Alan, the store manager. I ordered a supreme pizza via DoorDash and was unable to add special instructions to my order. So, I called literally within seconds of me placing the order. I mean nearly simultaneously because I do this often. I wanted to have certain toppings removed. Well, the lady who answered told me it was already in the oven.
I don't know how that could be unless it was sitting premade or she was lying. It was no way they could have seen my order, make it, and pop it in the oven all under 3 minutes! The manager refused to simply get me a small pizza with modified toppings, even tho it was clear he was trying to sell me a pre-made pizza mid fresh pizza!
Did not care that I have been a repeat customer, which truthfully, the food is very hit or miss anyway. I don't know why I even bother but I will be reporting him for his arrogant demeanor and poor customer service. I paid 21 bucks for a small pizza and if I wanted a topping removed, it should have been accommodated. When I asked him for his general manager's contact or his higher up, he refused. I will simply not stop until this is resolved and he is corrected!

Very good pizza I had 3 large pizzas past 10 days and they were real good employees were nice place smells fresh pizzas being baked good atmosphere, Keep up the good job you'll always have me business.

Doesnt matter when i order, my pizza is never fully cut thru or cooked correctly. I always have to put it in the oven when i get home and cut it cause they never cut thru the pizza correctly. Its officially gotten old and depressing.
