Ordered and paid for extra cheese pizza; but was very disappointed in product. It barely could pass for a plain cheese pizza. Very disappointed.....will think twice before ordering again from this location.

Food is generally pretty good. I order online and pick up inside. The staff is kind and does a good job of getting ppl in and out.
I like this Papa Johns location. I've been ordering from there for ten years since 2013. The people who work there are usually nice and the food has always been good. I usually get pizza there about once per week. The last month, 3 of the 4 pizzas I ordered weren't good at all. On two of them the dough wasn't proofed, and on another it was undercooked. Its never been this inconsistent. If I hadn't been ordering there for so long, I would give 1 star. I'm hoping someone sees this and addresses the issue with the dough, how its prepped, and how is cooked. I'm hoping the quality gets back to good.

I recently ordered from Papa John’s in Fern Creek. I ordered one medium pizza and one garlic butter breadsticks. Upon receiving my order I opened up the breadstick and it lacked any butter or Parmesan garlic. I called the store and the manager wanted to give me a credit but I didn’t want a credit I wanted my food with the quality that I have come to expect. The manger had an issue from the start sending me back my food but he did. The driver showed up and said he needed to see the old product because his manager said that he needed to check it and as the manager had said it would be awhile, I ate 2 of the 10 breadsticks because I was hungry and didn’t know when they would show back up. The driver refused to give me the new food as the manager said the food was fine, and that I ate some. I then drove to the store personally to handle the issue with manager, at which time he refused to take care of my issue and frankly was in some kind of pissing match with me the customer. I left without the quality of food that I have came to expect. I then called back again for the third time to get the main manager email or number and he refused to take my call by telling employees to tell me he was in bathroom. According to papa John’s pledge they will take care of any food for being light on topping or quality issues. This was not done, and frankly I was insulted in an attempt to make me look like a thief of food. The attached pictures are below and this manager should never, and I mean never be in the role of management. Later that night I went to the store to try and get the managers number when this guy wasn’t around and the young man working at that time was willing to take care of me. In addition, on this day I spent over 100 dollars in food from two different stores because, I bought some guys that did some work for me pizza for their shop and yet I got treated this way at my local store.

I ordered a pizza for carry out today (08/10).I parked my car and realized the car key went under the seat. I called the store and they gave me the pizza in my car without me having to leave the car.Thank you so much ?
We order for carryout from this Papa Johns often. The store is clean and our orders are prepared correctly every time. The employees always greet me quickly and I'm usually able to leave the store with my order in about one minute!

Excellent food and the service was fantastic! Everyone from the manager to the cashier were very kind to me and my daughter. I will definitely be ordering from this location in the future. The inside was clean, and there is even a table and chairs to sit at if you wanted to order carryout in the store.Vegetarian options: Pizza with no meat toppings(you can even request no cheese and it is vegan), bread sticks(plain bread sticks are vegan), cheese sticks, cookies, brownies, and probably a few others.

This place has gone downhill since they sold it, the friendly, fast, accurate drivers are gone (everyone in little red cars were good! gone now) . They don't give you extra cheese anymore when you pay for it, never get my sauces anymore, never get my drinks anymore, order isn't correct anymore. When you call to get your order corrected you get a nasty GM who is rude and hates her life.Place was best Papa John's in Louisville a few years ago, now I go all the way to Middletown to get my fix.P.S Outerloop Papa John's is even worse.
