The only reason I gave this location 1 star is because I had to in order to leave this review. I am a frequent customer of papa John’s and I have NEVER had an issue at this location. EVER. until tonight. I go into the store and I am the ONLY customer in the building and I stood there for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging the fact that I am THERE and I’m a paying customer. Not a hey, hello or how are you.. nothing they just ignored my presence. I then speak up and say “hello can I get my order that I paid for so I can leave and get back to work?” This man working at the counter goes and grabs my pizza box (still hasn’t said 2 words to me) and literally threw the pizza at me. THREW IT AT ME! I don’t know what type of customer service this place has but that is absolutely unacceptable behavior and they should be ASHAMED. I will be filing a police report.

I called the store to see why they would serve this to anyone, and the so called manager, who would not give his name said, “I wondered who would eat this when I got it out of the oven.” After I said, that’s not what I ordered, he said, “I don’t know you, your address, name, or number” and then hung up in my face. I immediately called back and asked for his name again and he stated, “I am not telling you.” Then hung up again. Poor service and very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I like their new auto system when you call. It actually got all my information correct. (Which is better than their call center has ever done.) I miss when the store employees used to answer and take orders, but the new automated system is a big improvement from the call center people with heavy accents.

Absolute garbage store. They don't even do their own deliveries, and send your food with doordash. Also, made my pizza wrong, it arrived cold, over an hour after I ordered, on a random Wednesday, then the store refuses to answer the phone when you call to let them know. Y'all suck.

I haven't gotten my food yet but I spoke to the manager after my doordash driver didn't deliver my food and he said that he would remake the order or refund it and offered a coupon. But I really wanted some good pizza so I asked to remake the order and he got right on it. Customer service above all! I feel that I'm in good hands now so fingers tied for the next driver. ✌️
