There was an issue with my order, and I believe her name was Kim, resolved it very quickly and was super kind to me. Along with the other people working with her that night.

Worst store. Arrogant employees.
Very pleased with my recent purchase. The food was hot and fresh. I made a mistake when placing my order (I selected the wrong type of crust). Even though it was my error, they replaced the pizza free of charge. They even let me keep the original pizza. That level of service is rare nowadays. We'll definitely be back. Also, I got a large 1 topping, a medium cheese, a papadia, chicken bites and garlic sticks for under $35. Can't beat the value.

Pizza good but why can’t my pizza be cut this is the third time.
Called waited 5 minutes for no answer it’s Sunday family night and superbowl they remade pizza and messed up my husband was there in store for long time

Papa John’s has gradually become almost inedible. I grew up eating it. Now the crust is hard most of the time. The cheese is way different and the sauce is more bland. Papa John’s corporate will probably tell us that nothing has changed but it’s not even close to being as good as it was 10 years ago or even 5 years ago. I’m very close to not ordering there anymore. It sucks!
Been waiting about 2 hours for some carry out cheesy bread. They’re sending employees home with a lobby full of customers that have been waiting for over an hour. There’s at least 8 people on shift. Usually papa John’s is good, but this one is really poorly managed.
