The food is great but if you are ordering carry out be prepared to wait a while for someone to come to the counter. I’m not sure if this is company wide or just a poor manager at this location

Went in this location and waited almost a hour for one large pizza because the first one they made was a medium i looked at the pizza before I left and it didn't have any at all no cheese on it! I have pictures i got the manger and got my money back in would not go to this location!! And I just worked a 9hr shift and there was no seating in there i had to wait in my car in 30 degree weather.

The dominos next door is very poor customer service and quality. Cant get ahold of them and order is always wrong. So I go to papa johns.
Here? I ordered a large pizza with extra sauce and extra pineapple. They forgot the extra pineapple. I call, Tanner, a mgr, answers. Takes less than 5 minutes to get my refund for the pineapple, very kind and apologetic. He deserves a xmas bonus! Food arrived hot and good!

We ordered pizzas and started tracking our delivery when we realized the driver was lost. In 2025 there is no excuse for not using a GPS. Our street number is clearly showing from the street. The pizzas were good but could have been warmer if this driver had just paid attention to where he was supposed to go.
Ordered my pizza well done, with light sauce and extra cheese. Received a pale, barely cooked pizza with extra sauce and light cheese. They couldn't even be bothered to cut it.
An absolute scam for 20$.

I just ordered a delivery for a large sausage pizza with extra cheese from here. Says it was delivered but it never was. I'm 9 months pregnant and waited close to 40 mins for this, now I'm beyond frustrated and starving.
Went to check on my order in the app and saw the driver was 3 minutes away. I unlocked my porch and made sure the dogs were inside with me. Refreshed and it said the driver was now 4 minutes away. I hit refresh again and it said my pizza was delivered by Jeffrey. My camera never went off that someone came here but I still went to check the front porch and outside - no pizza. Called the office right away and told them the situation. They transferred me to a manager right away who said the driver told them that they delivered it. They definitely did not and if they can see the Papa tracker as me, they can see that the driver never even came to my neighborhood. They said they could make another pizza but I just asked for a refund instead. The manager said they can do that. I have no idea when I'll see the refund and I didn't get an email or anything about getting a refund.
I'm so upset that they didn't truly look into this because this driver never came here. This is my last straw with Papa John's. The delivery fees were already getting excessive. My recommendation to anyone who continues to order from here, especially this location, don't select a no contact delivery.
