Ordered delivery and it never showed up. Got charged for it. Customer service didn't help at all. As far as I'm concerned they stole $40 dollars from me. Buyer beware before you order from this place. I have ordered from this location for several years. You lost a customer and I will do my best to tell everyone about my recent experience

I ordered online for a pickup got the txt telling me my order was ready, when I got there it was not ready not even close had to wait over 20 minutes before my order was ready I'm was not given a reason for the delay

This is the fastest and best delivery in the whole South end. The driver is always friendly and double checks the order to make its. They always go above and beyond. I've ordered from everywhere in the south end of louisville and this is by far the best most friendly and accurate restaurant around to order from. Keep up the good work guys!!!
Food was great but cut different! Delivery was on time and the guy was very nice. Can’t mention the atmosphere considering I had delivery. But Would definitely recommend!!

This particular location has traffic congested between 3 and 6 pm. Not much room as you wait for your food inside. Likewise, parking is virtually non-existent. Great pizza, though!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there are handicappable ramps.

Ordered Stuff Crust Pepperoni Pizza . Which was half way decent .. Noticed i had a free baked pan cookie as well so i ordered it on a totally different transaction. When i received the food the boxes were very hot which had me thinking the food was fresh as well. Got home which is about 5 mins from here and noticed the pan cookie was OVERCOOKED .. but was ready soon as i placed the order... Why rush anything and lower the quality of the product. People now days are so much in a rush to get to their phones than to do the job their paid to do.. which is to make pizzas and other food items with quality in mind not necessarily quantity.. Called to advise them of the situation and was offered what was already free? Seems redundant and the customer service seemed bewildered that i even called back and was like ooooo.. yeah... I remember that order? HOW? If your making 100's of pizzas? Its because you INTENTIONALLY BURNED IT because you noticed it was free.. People are given the same service when they apply coupons to big time fast food chains... Free LARGE fries with your order... But when redeemed, fries are old and or the amount given is visibly less than a true large.. PAPA JOHS PIZZA ON SOUTHSIDE DRIVE in Louisville Kentucky IS 1 OF THESE PLACES THAT Practices WHAT I AM DESCRIBING which is Very Sad.. what ever happened to secret shoppers and penalties for bad quality when you promote nuthin but the best? ??

This location has gone to crap in the past year. I eat Papa johns a few times a month and had been using another location after so many disappointments at southside dr. I decided to give them another try tonight, and the food isnt even edible. So just stay away from this location
