Horrible customer service. Delivered pizza that wasn't even cooked. It was dough. It's been over 10 days and nothing has been done. Disappointed is a understatement.

Fast food??If you are hungry, go somewhere else. This is the slowest drive-through ever!! Very disappointing. I was sitting there forever. I placed my order at (11:10pm). The order was supposed to be ready in 24 minutes (11:34pm) not true! I got my food at (12:00am). They don't pull cars over if their food isn't ready. So don't waste your time placing a mobile order. They keep the cars at the window until their order is ready. Of course, my order was not hot enough. Plus, when you get to the window, they take their sweet time to assist you. I do not recommend this place at ALL!BAD SERVICE!

Hillview location uses door dash for some orders. Charged over $50 but never received my order. Will not use businesses that use door dash in future. Terrible service at Papa John's when I called to report my order was not delivered.

So upon ordering the pizza online it said 25 minutes. Then it shortly changed to an hour. We ordered a Shaq a licious with added mushroom. And a chicken ranch. The pizza was cold, and missing mushrooms on the sahq pizza. It took over an hour and 15 minutes to get the pizza ( we picked it up). All around the worst experience I've had at this franchise. If anyone in management or corporate reads this feel free to reach out and explain how spending 40 bucks on cold and wrong food os acceptable.

Used to work here. Love the people love the area and the work environment. Sometimes the pizza not cut fully. But it's good.
Pizza left at my door...without app never would have known it got here. In drivers defense I was in back yard with dogs that bark at any car that pulls in so my delivery driver must be a ninja (respect)but could have called like every other person that When I got it (5 or 10 since delivery) it was ICE COLD. I've had plenty of orders from them and mistakes happen but this one did me in. Saved my papa dough and it turned into a waste...they are 4 miles away from me!?!? I just got off work wanted some hot pizza and I got an iceberg. If they contact me I will update post. but right now sounds like I'll be ordering from other pizza shops.

I order online large pizza with all bacon, half pineapple and half pepperoni. I some how received a pizza with extra sauce and that is it. I called because I did see carry out and not delivery and received another charge of $5 and I was not advised of an additional charge.I do know their is a glitch in their system as the last time order someone called and advised the full order did not come through. Kaylee came to the phone and basically called me a lier. I will not order papa John anymore. Terrible service.

Pizza was excellent. Fried Oreos were surprisingly great. Service was quick and good. I ordered extra pepperocinis and they absolutely delivered on that. Heck, that's the reason for me doing a review.There's two locations close to me, but this will be my go to from now on.Best pizza experience I've had in a long time.
