Made my order on line. First had to go through the app 3 times to get to accept order. Then instead if Papa Johns delivery they chose door dash for me. Order was wrong. Called spoke to Manager who sound like he didn't care and was rude. Was told nothing could be done about it that I ordered wrong. I double checked before I placed the order. Do not waste your time and money. 62.00 down the drain. Haven't tried the pizza yet probably not what I ordered either do chicken wings were wrong and not well done as requested
Horrible service, ordered a pizza with light cheese..what I got was a pizza that was basically all sauce no cheese. Asked them to re-make it as polite as possible and heard them in the back griping to one another loudly “you can’t make everybody happy”. No wonder this franchise has gone downhill so bad
A staff lady was really rude with me and she make me wait about 30 minutes for give my already ordered she was avoid and ignoring me just because I’m Latino she prefer attending to a “white man” who arrived after me that’s why I’m going to give u just a star for that bad service staff
Must be under new management. Things have gotten better .
I guess no one can count?! 10 pieces?

Restaurantji Recommends
The employees were in there throwing down and having fun while doing it, the food was a product of this environment and was excellent to say the least
Took 30 minutes to even confirm my order and it says it won’t be here for another hour.
Better ingredients...just kidding. The pizza was delicious. It had a decent amount of toppings, and was reasonably priced. My only complaint is that they make you pay extra for the pepperoncini that they used to give you for free. The staff was friendly and the store looked clean. What else can you ask from a restaurant?

MANAGER, EMMA, INSULTED MY DISABILITY OVER $5!
The delivery driver didn’t have change for a $20 and because he was struggling to communicate with a translation app that he wasn’t aware he was supposed to, I opted to call the store to have the difference made up. When I called, Emma suggested I should have kept the cash and told the driver to take the pizza back to the store and then call and pay with a card. When I said this wasn’t an option, as I ordered my pizza to have to take with my medicine and therefore couldn’t wait for a re-delivery (not to mention, trying to convince the poor driver to take the pizza back, wait there while I called in to pay another way, and then bring the pizza back), Emma proceeded to say “Well maybe you shouldn’t rely on a pizza delivery arriving on time to take your medicine.” Really!!?!!! To make matters worse, when I asked her if she realized how rude what she just said to me was? She went on to complain about how they are short staffed and she was the only one working, so she doesn’t have time to ensure every driver has cash for change. And then became even more offensive saying “It’s not my fault you only have $20!” WOW!
I told her I could not believe she was being this disrespectful over a $5 credit and being in management, she likely has the power to provide this credit, but instead felt the need to belittle a disabled woman. She said “I do over $2000 in sales and I don’t have to take this” so I just finished the conversation by saying that perhaps she’s working alone because no one wants to work for someone so unprofessional and uncaring.
I am appalled and will no longer order from this store. I hope she grows up and recognizes when she has stepped over the line for the benefit of no one.
