Trash. Food sat 30mins waiting for a driver, then driver took 25mins to make a 5min drive. When we got it the food was ice cold, edges were curling at the cuts because it sat so long, and I'm pretty sure we got refired oreos. The feedback form doesn't even work to bring attention to people that matter. You know it's bad when you get an email for 50% off before your food even gets there. Same experience last time i ordered at this store. Going back to dominoes.

Very sorry staffed the lady would not even pay me any attention. I am a Door Dasher and my orders were ready but nobody would give them to me. They have bread resting right by the cash register where people can breathe all over them and money goes right next to it Gross ?

I placed a future order at 10am for Delivery at 12pm. Order never showed up, was a very large order for a business to feed my crew. Called the store, was put on hold for over 20 mins. This is pathetic. Im a manager for a local business amd this is the worst way you could possibly handle business. I'm very displeased. Don't order from this location. Still sitting on hold after writing this review.

The delivery driver is always pleasant, but the food…no. I wish that I could change my store and still get delivery. The pizza is never cooked all the way, I tried getting it well done to see if that would make it normal, but that didn’t help. Sometimes the garlic knots have actual butter on them and sometimes they’re as dry as the Sahara desert.

Went multiple times. First time not so fantastic. Tried location again. Order completely wrong. Employee argued about it. Did refund money. Don’t recommend this location.
Super sweet girl, but she went straight from handling my money, to making pizzas. She didn’t wash her hands. We already trust you to make our food without gloves. That’s gross.

The Night manager named Emanuel is incredibly rude, and puts the needs of his friends and family over the customers that he's serving.He caused me to wait for an additional 20 minutes after my order was already supposedly ready because his brother had an order that had a similar item that I was waiting for that he felt the need to give to him first.Then when I complained about the fact that the order was supposed to be ready but was not when I arrived, he proceeded to cuss me out and then proceeded to also cuss out his employee causing the employee to leave the store in the middle of his shift. He also told me that he wasn't worried about being reported to the corporate office, so I would never ever ever recommend this location to anyone else.Simply from the way that I was treated by that particular manager and the fact that no one has followed up or done anything about it since I made the complaint to the corporate office.Papa John's has never really been my first choice when it comes to pizza, but now it will definitely be my last.
