I don’t usually give one star but the manager was very unprofessional/ disrespectful I calmly and respectfully communicated my order to her and her tone of voice became very disrespectful along with her attitude! Not sure if I will be returning!

Solid pizza 4 out of 5 visits. Usually moderately busy, lots of door dashers are waiting for orders, especially in the evening or on the weekends.
Currently large 1 toppings for about $.9.00 Why go to little Caesars?

Place an order got part of called the store spoke to the manager at 7pm 1/26/25 explaining the problem, this is after the driver side I need to call the store that he wasn’t going back to get it and then once I spoke to the manager at the store, she said she wasn’t gonna deliver just a bottle of Pepsi. Never mind the fact that I spent four dollars on it. Dimension of refund came up. I said yes you certainly don’t need to keep it and the woman hung up on me and refused to answer the phone thereafter, believe it or not, but that was the manager who hung up on me and refused to bring me my order. I hope they fired that woman I know I certainly would.

I bit into a plastic that was in the crust in my pizza. I went back to the store and asked for a manger. The lady I spoke to said she was the manger and then another lady said she was the manager(they did not have on manager shirts). I was upset about the plastic that was in my food. Instead of them making me another pizza, they caught an attitude. I demanded a refund and another pizza. They denied it so I went off and then they called LMPD which was unessesary. I made no threats. They were very unprofessional. I have worked in customer service before including a pizza place so I know how customers are supposed to be dealt with.

Look y'all.. I got my pizza within 40 minutes on a busy day. HOT AND FRESH are the words of the day!! Aiden, the person who delivered it.. AMAZING! ZERO COMPLAINTS. 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! THANK ALL Y'ALL!!
I give one star because it is mandatory to select one but they don't even deserve that, the Papa John's at 2111 W Broadway, Louisville KY 40211 is disgusting, the service is disgusting, without having more customers to serve they don't pay attention to you and serve you when they see fit, They have tremendous discrimination against all Latinos, the people who do doordash who are Latinos have them waiting for hours

I usually don't write reviews, but why the hell was I waiting for a hour and my pizza still wasn't ready. It was also very packed and the workers had no idea what they were doing. Overall terrible experience.
