My order was supposed to be ready at 8:55pm so I got there at 9pm and they wouldn’t speak or look at anyone. I finally asked if they had one for my name and they said “not ready yet” they said this to many people. After standing there in a crowded room for 45 minutes I asked again and they said they don’t have an order for me and that I didn’t order there. I showed them my screen and confirmed I ordered there and they said they must’ve given it away to someone else… I said well can you make it again? I already paid for it. He said he’d have to ask his manager. (He did apologize for my order not being there and I felt bad that he had a lot to do so he was probably overwhelmed) I waited another 20 minutes and they asked me to wait in my car.

We ordered a cheese pizza and garlic knots at 10:22 pm after a basketball game. I left a comment in the notes saying that I would be waiting in the hotel lobby. The store is 5 minutes from the hotel. I called at 12:10 to ask where the order was. I was told it was delivered by door dash, it was not as I saw every delivery that came in. I was told they would refund my card, but it would take a few days. How does that help my kids that are hungry? Extremely disappointed in the lack of follow through to attempt to get the order here. What is protocol for door dash not delivering?

I was insulted by an employee working here and I do not advise anyone to come here. I was insulted by a short person who does not like people.
We ordered pizza, new cheddar bread sticks and a steak papadila. It was delivered thru door dash but it was delicious! We received everything we ordered and it was still hot and yummy. Thank You ❤️

Found hair in my pizza! They told me I could get a refund. I sent my granddaughter up there with the pizza and she told her they could not refund her because we had eaten all but 3 slices. They acted like the first bite or first slice must have had the hair. We had multiple people eating and so we got 1 slice each. I threw the hair and chunk of cheese attached to the floor where my dog ate it. They treat customers like crap. Never will I order here again. They care nothing for the customer. My granddaughter spent 11 papa dough and 22 in cash plus a tip for 1 pizza and it had a hair in it.

Cool older black lady working with customers tonight was a real salt of the earth woman. She was so helpful correcting an error i had with a doordash driver taking my food. She handled the other customers with superb customer service skills. She was making sure all the pizzas was covered in the doordash bags and protected from the rain as this was happening during a bad tornado storm. She needs a raise asap ! Great woman.

The people in this location are amazing. You can only imagine what they deal with on a day to day basis after reading the reviews. They're always smiling, polite and the food is ALWAYS on point. I've worked next door since 2013 and I've never had an issue. Love these people and love this food!

I watched them take a doordash order back from a driver and they resold it right there in front of me. That's nasty Most places just give it to the driver but MOST DEFINITELY SHOULDNT RESELL Be careful ordering from here.Because it might have already been sent to someone's house and returned to the store
