Terrance, the delivery driver, forgot my 24 oz Pepsi, promised to bring it back then left work. I had tipped like always and was very understanding with him having to bring it back just for him to not stick to his word. The store did nothing about it, did not try to contact him and didn’t offer me a refund I had to ASK. Poor customer service all around. Pizza was also overcooked.

I call there and it's always people that can't speak English good tonight i made a order like always they take the money off my card but a hour later I call and it's different people and very rude and we had words it's been nothing but drama they telling us were stuipd but the card company saying that they see the transaction from next location y'all letting stuipd hood people work for you and now we getting the law involved

They burnt my pizza and manager gave me an attitude when I called tried to get another one. Horrible management horrible delivery team. And then refused any kind of service after I brought this to her attention.

I put my order in online, then they have a tracker that lets you know exactly where your order is in the production stage all the way to ready for pickup! You also can pay by card or pay cash when you pickup.(cash isn't an option on any of the other apps I use)
Ordered pizza to be delivered at a certain time. It was delivered 45 mins before that time and just left outside in the cold. When I called the store the person just said "ok" and hung up.

Watched as Door Dashers treated VERY poorly and ignored. If they dont want to use Door Dash? Then dont but treating the Dashers badly, ignoring them outright? Not cool

I called and ordered a Papa's supreme pizza was ready and right on time. Was an excellent pizza and fresh great job and will order every time from this location.
Pizza is okay-ish, but if you go into the store they'll ignore you for a bit and only talk to you when they feel like it. For delivery they charge a delivery fee and then don't even deliver the pizza themselves, they have doordash do it instead.

Placed order online, waited a bit to check the order tracker only to find the order was cancelled. No notifications or calls received. Tried calling the store to check on order, waited 5mins and hung up.
