My main pizza was good looked very good but my med pizzas was well not covered with cheese or anything. I paid like $40 & i get pizza like this. Its horrible. Update I ordered from them again & ordered a brownie I get a burnt cookie so I call 2 see if I can get a credit for a brownie & they hang up like 2times this place dont have very good customer service. I hate this being the only 1 I can get delivery from.

I ordered breadstix with 2 extra cheese dipping sauces when I picked it up I specifically asked the girl who rang up my order if my cheese cups were in there she said I got u...I got home no cheese cups so I called the store spoke with manager explained the whole situation and all I asked of her was to have someone deliver my two cheese cups to my house even though my house was a little bit out of their area she made sure to send me 10 cups of cheese through Uber eats or one of those delivery apps which was very nice of her so even though the employee lied to me and inconvenience me the manager quickly made things right so to avoid all of this I would suggest to definitely check your food before you leave the store don't just rely on the employee telling you that it's right

The Papa John's on outerloop and new cut road is very new and very nice lighting is excellent 👌
Vegetarian options: There pizza dough only has 4 ingredients so way better off than that little guy pizza that says pizza 3 times in a row in TV commercials
Parking: Come by they so new no wait time faster than fast pizza made on arrival is the only way to order we always order once we have arrived in the parking lot

Imagine receiving papa bites jalapeño after a whole day of work and it’s uncooked!!! I hate to say that this is the second worst papa jones I meet.
The driver was carrying the food straight up and down by the handle of the bag. Which lead to all of the food being turned upside down. All of the gparm sauce leaked all over the rest of the food including the brownie. The only thing that wasn't messed up was the 2 liter of my.dew
