PLEASE READ!!!This was mine and my fiancee's favorite place when living in KY, but we moved across the country last year. He went back to visit family while I stayed behind. Before coming home, he picked up a Calzone and and their housemade ranch then drove it all the way back home to Utah for me!!!!! Even reheated, their food is amazing!!! It was great to enjoy a bit of home even being so far away.(He kept it in a cooler and refreshed the ice every stop at a gas station, not just left out in the open)Thank you Parlour crew for all the great food and many great memories; both in the restaurant and at home with take out for date night in ♥️

I love Parlour. Tonight they were SLAMMED with March Madness business. I would just like to say that rather than being stressed and tense with customers, the manager, the hostess, and the servers were all peaceful, busting their tails, and doing a great job working together and taking care of customers. And as usual the food was fabulous. Well done, guys!Dietary restrictions: The GF crust is so good!
Had a meal with my family on Sunday before returning to Michigan. The waitress was amazing, professional and personable. Pizza and bread sticks are second to none. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Food was just okay it was tension in the air as in the staff was having arguments amongst themselves our waiter got sent home because it was a issue between him and management so it was a joke when it came to our needs a wants had to get up for water ourselves because no one came to our table after our waiter got sent home usually this is a good location not this time but also it was our first time going in the evening

Took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Staff were kidding around the whole time. We sat in front of the kitchen behind the expediter. Neither she nor the waitress bothered to tell us the food would take over an hour! Think someone at the hostess stand could have told us? I ended getting it to go it was so ridiculous. Food mediocre at best.. They just lost 2 customers. I’ll NEVER go back to that place again. Even when I told them about the wait for my food (my grandson already ate his food) they didn’t apologize or care. I’m sure I’ll get the same response all the reviewers have gotten…sorry, give us another try, ya da da…save your money and don’t go there

I used the promo of free 10" pizza. No problem. Got the veggie and it was very tasty. The waitress I had was so nice and had a beautiful smile all night. Band R&R was playing. They sounded great. Had a great time.
I've been here a few times now for lunch and find it really good! I think lunch hours, starting at 11:00 am, are only Thursday-Sunday. Good selection of beer and I have to admit, I've always chosen the lunch special pizza. 3 topping, 10" for 7 bucks or so. I will expand at some point. Give it a try!

The food was absolutely delicious! We were celebrating a birthday and had made reservations, and our table was ready immediately. The only issue was with the service. We did not get asked to place an order for food until about 40 minutes into the meal, and we continuously had to ask for items because we were not given them in the beginning. It was overall a wonderful experience! We will definitely come back!

So I used to like Bearno's (pizza), but lately, (after covid) I noticed a change. The Bearnos is no longer a visit to flavorville. The crust is like cardboard. I cannot get enough tomato sauce, even when ordering extra. I recently tried Parlour in nalbany. Cool. Tried again on the avenue. Cool. The crust has flavor. the tomato sauce has flavor. ob I like traditional, but they do it well. My new fav.

Unfortunately I have to leave my complaint here, since I couldn't reach the manager via the phone. I ordered a pizza today and customized my toppings. The toppings I paid for were not on the pizza, and the ingredients I asked to remove weren't removed. That combined with inability to reach anyone via the phone is disappointing.
