This is a restaurant that can actually cook octopus. I have not had octopus this good since I ordered it on the docks of Crete. The meat was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife and it fell apart in your mouth. Highly recommend.
We had a blast at Paseo! Went for my birthday and this was the most unique meal I’ve had— the octopus appetizer is fabulous and well worth the price for the amount you get. They had a seasonal strawberry risotto, which sounds different but worked so well. Our server, Lila, was exceptional. This was the second time we have had her and her recommendations are not to miss. Very cute, clean, aesthetic restaurant. Nice outdoor space with the patio overlooking the pool. I love the vibe and everyone inside being dressed to fit the space not too casual. You can tell they pay attention to details with this curated menu.
