Our first visit had me wondering why we haven’t tried Paseo sooner! We have tried many of the upscale restaurants in Louisville, and Paseo is now at the top of our list. The food was incredible. The carrots were so outstanding that if paired with potatoes or a grain, could easily make the perfect vegetarian entree. The rigatoni, the steak and the cocktails were all divine. Our server Drew was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and an absolute delight. Thank you Drew! My birthday...
The Wine selection was great and with happy hour pricing! We had the Warm Marinated Olives and Warm Stuffed Dates as appetizers were outstanding! The 3 of us split the Beet & Arugula salad with goad cheese, which was fantastic!! My son had Linguine Carbonara with Wood Fired Chicken. He said it was fantastic. My daughter had the Paseo burger and house fries, which she said was very good. I had the Duck Confit with rot vegetables. The duck was fantastic but the root vegetables...
Paseo completely surprised me—in the best possible way. I’m usually not a big fan of pasta, especially red sauce dishes, but the rigatoni absolutely blew me away. It’s now something I can’t stop thinking about. The Pan Con Tomate, which sounds simple on paper, is truly to die for—the fire-roasted elements take the flavor to another level. Honestly, anything that touches the fire here seems to shine.
