THE spot for fried fish. Friendly staff. The establishment could use some renovating but it might just add to the charm.

I have worked down the street from this little joint for over 10 years, I always pass it on my way home. And one day A colleague told me I just had to try the fish.
He spoke passtime up, Even stating that he liked them better than Mike Lennon's, or Rumors.
So I was a little disappointed on Friday Evening When I went to pick up my order, And got all the way home to eat it.... And it was just ok.
The grease was so thick, bag was breaking as I was carrying it in. (Most fish places its the same) I wasn't a fan of the coleslaw or the fries.
I was really hoping i liked passtime. 😌
Maybe it was just an off night. But... The fish were smaller, the bread was stale.

My Wife and I went there earlier this year and got the Classic Fish Dinner ... Everything in regards to the Food was Amazing !!!
But, that place is in terrible shape !!! Pay attention to the nasty walls in the booths you sit in to eat ?¿? I could speculate that they haven't been cleaned in 10-20 years !!! Not to mention the floors are Terrible !!! They must seriously have a Health Inspector in their Back Pocket !!!!!

If you like out of the way places with great food and a roadhouse atmosphere, then PassTime Fish House is the place for you. The catfish plate is the most delicious item on the menu in my opinion. Very generous serving of catfish (10 ounces), fries, cole slaw, bread and a dill pickle. They also have a wide variety of beers and other beverages to go along with the catfish plate. I have been told that their chili is very good. Have not tried that yet. Bring cash, they do not accept cards or app payments.

The fish sandwich has always been large and delicious..tonight it was so small it didn't even overlap the bread..which looked smaller as well..Very surprised and disappointed..The waitress asked me if I got a fish slider when I showed it to her...Shrinkflation going on?

Best fish in town ! Every time I come home I visit passtime. The 10oz cod on rye is delicious. I live in Florida and can't find a fish on rye anywhere. This fish here is simply the best.

Hidden little hole in the wall with possibly the best fish I've ever had, with ice cold draft beer, at a great price. My only complaint is the pool table needs serious repair.

This place sucks. I was on my lunch hour and 1 hour 15 minutes later I still did not have my food. I cancelled my order and went back to work. Late to work and no lunch. I only left 1,star because no option to leave less. I will never go back and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to waste their time.

My first time at Passtime. This neighborhood food/bar has a patio for outside eating. Inside is a bit on the dark bar side. That said, the servers/bartenders were very nice. Beer list is long and priced amazingly low! But the reason to come here is the fish sandwich! A large piece of cod, lightly fried with a cup of amazing tartar sauce. Chips and pickle included but you can get other sides too! The fries were thick and hot! But remember if you go to Passtime it is CASH ONLY! We spent $35 for a couple beers and fish sandwiches. A great deal!

Parking: Gravel lot. Small driveway up to the restaurant.
