Googled says closes at 1030 but got they closed at 10. It was 951 and I wouldn't have even came if I had known, BUT my autistic 4 yr old who barely eats & who has verbal communication deficits and lacks ability to express his wants, said tonight that he wanted a cheese steak, they were about to close and they needed to leave to catch the bus, but instead of turning us away they were willing to make my baby his sandwich, he was so excited and ate so well tonight. I just wanna say thank you to the 2 employees there. You are appreciated more than you will even know.

No AC at all..dude working was cool. He apologized for their being no AC. It was about 10 degrees cooler maybe inside. I got through Philly and it was fantastic.

Always a clean and good experience.

The service is very bad, they are talking and people are waiting, they are looking at their phone and having a conversation while customers are waiting, I will never return to this place

Great Penn Station, quickly made correctly. I've been several times, each time I've always had very pleasant employees take care of me. I drive to this one instead of going to the one in Hillview SPECIFICALLY because the way this one in the Plaza is run and operates.

Never again! Ordered on line. Of course, I checked the order before I left. Of course it was wrong. Paid for 2 large. Got home and realized I got a large and 8"! I have never had a grilled artichoke like this mess was. It looked like someone puked on it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!! There was bone little guy who was very nice and tried to right the wrong sandwich. The other sandwich, the girl made was atrocious. She screwed up the other one too. We had to wait until the guy fixed another one
SHE wanted to scrape the mayo off!

Paul and his coworker (didn’t get his name but he was on the grill) were awesome and gave excellent customer service. The sandwich was the best I’ve had at Penn Station in a while and I’ll happily drive 15 minutes out of my way to eat here. Great job yall!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They did not make our food correctly, and they had an attitude with us. Will never be back to this location. And 1 star is too high!

I come here often unfortunately because I assumed accident happen and it wouldn't be an every time thing, but they literally mess my order up every time. They bring me the wrong sandwich with the wrong toppings literally every time. Wait 30 minutes for 2 wrong sandwiches and that's happened more than 5 times. In a row. Terrible place, I recommend any other Penn station in the city. This one isn't it.
