I come here often unfortunately because I assumed accident happen and it wouldn't be an every time thing, but they literally mess my order up every time. They bring me the wrong sandwich with the wrong toppings literally every time. Wait 30 minutes for 2 wrong sandwiches and that's happened more than 5 times. In a row. Terrible place, I recommend any other Penn station in the city. This one isn't it.

I stopped in this store and it was the worst, the young man taking the orders just couldn't get it right, I repeated what I wanted 3 times, I went down to pay and was ignored for a while, I finally paid and noticed on the receipt my order was wrong, so I mentioned it to her, to cut to the chase, my order was wrong, during my wait 3 other people brought back wrong orders.

The staff of 2 was working really hard to get everyone's stuff out as quickly as possible. The food was good, my sandwich was missing a topping but it was a free topping so no biggie. The tables were dirty but they were slammed and understaffed so I don't blame them for that.Parking: Plaza parking lot

The food is great for the most part, just very expensive for a sub sandwich. For 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries was about $45.00. They are very good hot sandwiches.

Just went to this location, ordered 2 large subs, 1 small sub, 2 large fries, and 1 small fry and 3 large drinks and paid 73 dollars. My sandwich was covered in grease. The tomatoes on all 3 of the sandwiches ordered tasted rotten and the fries were far from fresh. I cannot believe that it cost 73 dollars for food we ended up wasting. We have been to Penn station several times and never been disappointed like we were today. We usually go to the Dixie location, and it has never been that expensive. I dont see where they think it's ok to charge so much for 3 meals. It also sucks that you have to buy every item separately. There is no option to buy a meal.so basically I paid for nasty food and empty stomachs. Penn station should be ashamed of themselves. Hell for that price we could have gotten a damn steak at Texas roadhouse. You all advertise fresh food and fresh cut fries, that definitely was not the case tonight. The fries seemed likeey had been blanched.. (meaning reheated because they sat too long) the store was very empty and now I know why. I wish I could get a refund. Dont waste your money at this restaurant.. you will be disappointed and you will waste your money. instead if a full stomach you will get a stomach ache. Definitely not worth it.

I ordered to go here recently, the meat tasted like a dirty grill and I didn’t get the thousand island on my Reuben. Very disappointing.

Best Reuben around, no doubt— but you'll pay an arm and a leg for it.

I always get cheesesteak but I always ask for double meat and cheese because if you don't, it's a pitiful sandwich.

This cannot even be 1oz of meat on a sandwich.

The fries are kinda the point aren’t they? For $5 it’s almost a dollar per fry.
