If they lowered their prices, I'd give them 5 stars. Just saying.
JB and Tony were awesome. We got into town late and my 2 teenage boys and husband were starving. We came in 25 mins before closing and they could not have been more hospitable. Talk about SERVICE! They told us not to rush just sit and eat (even though it was a Saturday night and they probably had other plans). The food was amazingly good and my boys couldn't stop talking about it. Thanks for making a long day of traveling good in the end with your service with a smile!

Sad they don't listen or the cook can't read. The receipt on the sandwich says nothing about onions yet full of onions it does say mushrooms and banana peppers, not one in sight. The large Dr. Pepper was delicious, but i filled it myself. Not sandwich artists.... update! They got me 2 more times with the onions.... for shit sake guys!!

Pm they were suppose to be open until 10 pm said they were closed returned the next day and employee wanted to argue avoid this location so hostile but managers did make it right though

$13/each chicken bacon ranch regular subs. Usually pretty decent but this is wild. $50 for 3 subs and 1 large fry.

I for once wish that the food presented in commercials and online would be as they are shown. You pay over $10 and you get bread with very little filling, again the false advertisement is unreal... Penn Station do better for your customers.

Don’t order from here, we put in an order which they then proceeded to never make and then blamed us for it. They where rude and tried to charge us for an order we already paid for
Never been more disappointed in a place. It’s like they messed my food up purposely. I can barely put into words how badly I was swindled. They basically gave me a piece of bread. And what makes it worse is that I paid to have extra things added to it!
I’ve had Penn Station from other locations. Which I love! And I know what it is supposed to be/ look like. This location did not live up to that! I ordered a “large club add onions”.
