Don’t order from here, we put in an order which they then proceeded to never make and then blamed us for it. They where rude and tried to charge us for an order we already paid for
Never been more disappointed in a place. It’s like they messed my food up purposely. I can barely put into words how badly I was swindled. They basically gave me a piece of bread. And what makes it worse is that I paid to have extra things added to it!
I’ve had Penn Station from other locations. Which I love! And I know what it is supposed to be/ look like. This location did not live up to that! I ordered a “large club add onions”.

Place is dirty. Fries were mostly end cuts, not hot, barely warm. Music was blasting but they turned it down a bit after i asked. My husband got an Italian, it had no toppings at all, just bread and meat and he had to ask for mayo. When he asked about the sandwich, the staff who made it said he forgot. We advised the manager that the condiments area was dirty and he said that's not really their problem. Not going back to this location again!

I pulled in at 915 pm to get a sandwich. There was water on the floor and no one in the restaurant. I went to order and the girl went to the back room office and the young man came out to see if I had an online order, and I said no. He told me they were closed. I said I just drove in from NC and it said they didn't close till 10 pm. Just sad that I was not allowed to order a sandwich and had to go to Burger King to get a meal. I give them zero stars at this store. They need a whole new management team.

Terrible place to get service in timely manner. To go order waited 30 min. Three people that ordered after me got there sub before me. Unacceptable service ill never go there again. Big let down.

I was so excited to have the cheesesteak, what a disappointment there was hardly any meat. I thought Subway was bad, this sandwich had them beat. Fries were soggy . Won't be back again.

Food is low quality for Penn Station. Workers smoking at the front door. The rest were sitting where customers sit. Noone acknowledged me while I stood at the counter to order food. Manager has no control. Never going back.
