I would have given 5 whole stars because I love the food here but the restaurant needs major upgrades to the POS system and the workers need to be compensated more for what they deal with on the daily. The workers are so sweet, especially the female workers. But fix the damn card readers and upgrade the POS system. And then I’ll fix my review to 5 stars :) Have a nice day!

10/10 service! Randomly wanted some Penn Station and ended up ordering a cheesesteak sub. JaRiyah gave great customer service at the register! That cheesesteak… OMG. I had to go back and get the name of who made that sub. MISTY!!! You did your thang girl. Cheesesteak has always been my go-to but this was by far the best one I’ve ever ever had. Yes ma’am. Thank you so much! Amazing duo.

Place is a total dump. I should’ve walked out. The floors are so sticky I almost lost a shoe. My sandwich meat was dried up, burnt and covered in grill funk. Fries were bad too. The oil needs to be changed.

Although there was 1 cook, the lady employee was too busy on the phone to even come take my order. I decided to sit until she took my order. After waiting almost 12 minutes & just as I was Googling another to visit, she took my order & added something I didn't ask for onto my order. I'll never go there again.

this is the only penn station i like to eat at. the cheesesteaks are incredible, the fries are awesome and crunchy, also portions are so much better than the other penn stations. really one of the only restaurants that i like to eat at. also, bethany, you are amazing, thanks for being so incredibly nice.

I’ve been to dozens of Penn stations over years and never seen a location that has a lot of built up grease that they do not clean. This shows they don’t care about having a clean store. They don’t greet u, it took over 10 mins to get an online order and they only had 2 customers before I came in. They definitely need to clean everything from sticky floors to sticky greasy walls. Kind of gross

As a gig Delivery Driver, I visit hundreds of restaurants in the Louisville area. Your Chamberlain Ln. location is BY FAR the most uninviting, due to unbearable room temperature by itself.

The whole restaurant dirty I wouldn’t even want to eat on a table there ! The so called gm is very very lazy for what the outside of the store looks like & the inside you can’t tell me a woman works there looks like a bunch of kids ! & if you only want to make 13$ in 2023 making sandwiches that cost way more heres your place ? management is a joke you can work & do above & beyond but you will never get a raise with this place. Stay away ! I don’t need the response either clean your store ?
For one I used to come here all the time very loyal customer but it’s seems like every time I go in there now the lady Lisa gives me the wrong order almost every time , I order 3 larger Philly cheesecake yesterday & I got the total opposite order and when I came back up there I was giving the wrong order by her the second time and you can smell the achohol on her breath this time as she took my order . THIS Penn station never again and they only have one person working on the grill so be prepared to wait.

My friends went over around 6 today and the lady asked if they were picking up online orders. They came in to order and the register said sorry were not taking orders like what the heck. That’s not right for the register to entitled and say it’s closed right away. Please fix the employees attitude or you won’t be getting customers.

Vegetables wasn't fresh. Very Greasy. Frys wasn't cook all the way. Small sandwich. More vegetables then meat. The meat on their sandwich is a single slice of each item that goes on the club. I rather gone to Subway, Which Wich, Jersey Mike's or any other sub place cause they give you meat for your subs. Nothing like their pictures. If I was you don't waste your time going to any Penn Stations. Their more about the money instead of making a good product.
