Smells gross in there like sewer gas. Immediately turned around and left.

Penn Station is just OK to me. I feel like there are better sub options in town. This particular store is always crowded, always slow, and always unkept. The food is decent, but the overall experience is usually so-so.

$28 for my husband and I to have a 6 inch sub and fries with a cookie for dinner. The fries were soggy. The sandwich was mediocre, at best. And the cookies crumbled apart when we tried to pick them up. Save your money, eat at another sub shop. I wish we had.

Picked up lunch for my son and I. The group working was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, actually smiled. They spoke to everyone that came in and as folks left. Just a refreshing experience that I haven’t had in years at a restaurant. Thank you!!

Great tasting food. But to get a reg sub and some fries and a drink for 2 people is almost $45-$50. That is a bit crazy.
Because I'm from Philly this definitely does not come close but the sandwich was ok. TOO HIGH FOR THE AMOUNT OF MEAT
NEEDS WORK BUT OK
This location constantly closes earlier than the posted closing hours which is 10pm on weekdays. But I've seen it be closed as early as 7pm. Can be frustrating at times. Back in the day when I was a GM at a similar restaurant chain, one of the big rules we had was to never close earlier unless under special circumstances. From a business perspective. You leave a lot of money on table doing this as often as this location does. Otherwise, good food. Just wished they wouldn't close so randomly so I could enjoy it more.
I took lunch here for work one day. My food was great and the employees were great, hard working, and really friendly. The only problem I had was during the time I was there in the middle of a lunch rush, the manager of the establishment up and left in the middle of the shift and never returned, which cause unnecessary stress for the employees and caused a massive delay in between food being brought out because of the manager walking out in the middle of shift. Which I think is completely unacceptable from a manager. I do want to applaud the employees who were there getting through the rush which being Trevor, Tyler, and Nana. They assisted me with the delay on my food and handled the lunch rush as best as they could.

Nightmare! Came in for a quick bite to eat before a meeting and still waiting for our sandwiches after 45 min wait. If you can’t handle running a dining room and takeout……DON’T!!!!
We've been to this Penn Station many times because we really like their food but we hadn't been there in a while. The food was yummy as usual. The hubs had his normal Philly steak and I had the teriyaki chicken in a wrap. However, this Sunday was nicer than usual. They had a new employee or at least new to us named Will. It was incredibly refreshing to see someone who was going above and beyond, friendly (yet still professional) and simply trying to do his job really well. I mentioned it to the manager Aaron. He agreed. Employees like this deserve to be mentioned. Will, thanks for doing a great job!
Always a good choice for lunch this specific restaurant is fast, nice, and clean. What more could you ask when you have a lunch hour.
Always a good sandwich!
