The owner, doesn’t staff the store. The general manager walked out and never came back. They have 1 person working on a Sunday afternoon during a promotion. felt terrible for the one staff member having to run the entire store himself. The owner should be ashamed. I’ll never come back to this

The guy cooking was amazing! He's so talented & fast! I observed him prepare 9 orders in a matter of minutes, less than 5 minutes! Great atmosphere, employees & my sandwich was fantastic! This was our of my way but worth the drive after my experience at Penn Station on Shelbyville Road near Trader Joe's.

Food was ok. Their equipment is antique. They couldn't print a receipt they couldn't send one electronically either. I would not go back next time I'm in town.

I hadn't been to this location in a while, and I was really disappointed in how dirty the restaurant was. There was dust and dirt everywhere. I saw three different patrons tell the staff that the ketchup dispenser was out, and the staff did nothing. The food tasted fine, but I won't be going back anytime soon.

This store has sadly gone downhill. Used to be a place we frequently regularly pre COVID but we won't be back. Sky high prices, customer service awful ( employees sitting on boxes, not doing anything and had to wait for order despite place being empty) and food quality was bad. We paid 50 dollars for 3 subs and there was hardly anything on them.

?It's QUALITY over QUANTITY! Portion sizes are as ?? MINIMAL as POSSIBLE ON MEAT! $47.00 for Dried out Fries and Three 9" Subs! I RETURNED the FRIES that were COLD, DRIED OUT at $6.95 ? Snarky women working 5/19/23 at 8pm acting like they hate their jobs. The guy was professional at least.

Portions of ingredients on sandwiches was PATHETIC. I’m no first time customer, I’ve gone to penn station for years. They are skimping- HARD. Service was fast, fries were hot, sandwiches were worth about half of what we paid for them. Very disappointed…obviously.
