Have been here a few times and every time has been good. Nice comfy atmosphere paired with friendly workers, and of course good food, make the visits worth.

I stopped in to pick up my coworker’s order for lunch. It wouldn’t let her choose a lemonade with her order online for her drink, so she put it in as a regular drink. I asked in the store if I could upgrade the drink to a lemonade, and the lady (who I found out is the manager) said this wasn’t possible. So I asked if I could somehow refund the soda and purchase a lemonade, which she refused to do. She was extremely rude and had very poor customer service skills. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to deal with this, so I left and tried to call the store, which nobody answered. So I visited the store after work to ask for the owner’s phone number, and the manager refused to give it to me, claiming the owner would tell me the same thing she did. So I told her I wanna hear it from the owner for myself, and she asked me to leave the store and said she was calling the police if I didn’t leave. As I was leaving, she yelled back to someone in the kitchen, and I have reason to believe that she called the police on me. I will be telling as many people as I can to NOT eat at this Penn Station. You’d expect MUCH better service from a manager, or at least some sort of effort to resolve the issue, but she didn’t care and was extremely rude.

It was clean my first impression, friendly and did a good job with my food. They got my order correct quickly. What more can you ask for.

I don’t know who’s cooking in there now. But it has been on point, so fresh, served hot and the Philly cheese steak is so juicy. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came to get food at 8:00 and they locked the door and didn’t allow no one in but yet they were I. There cooking

Only 2 women working, seemed like neither cared much for being there, which is probably why I was the only one there. I usually enjoy P. S. but I won't be returning to this one!

Placed an Online Order went to Pick up order .Stated they didn't receive order but showed order from CC statement from phone information that showed when order was placed and store number. And the charged amount , food was ready and wasn't able to pick up food... Mgr. supposedly suppose to call will Update Review when I hear back. I guess they don't know how many followers I have a following great following of my reviews on poor or Good Customer Service. UPDATE!!
MGMT. Never reached out! But they gave me my money back. But I think it was the treatment when I came in that store that was so bad!! Like I was trying to get something for free, no Greeting when I entered nothing. Just Overall experience was terrible. Will I go back no...plus when I went back in to ask for MGMT. Name they all were huddled in back room. One popped out out and answered my question no sorry no nothing it was my Fault for ordering online and didn't get an email with confirmation number
