It rubbed me the wrong way that I wasn’t greeted when I walked in to pick up my online order and when I walked up to the guy at the counter he just stared at me and didn’t say anything when I said why I was here. Then a white lady walked in and got greeted. Interesting.

My wife stopped by and picked up dinner two Philly cheese steak with extra meat, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms with mayo lettuce and tomatoes and they put nothing on it and the fries tasted like burned grease and you can see by the pictures what you get for the price of a couple steak dinners, would never recommend them to anyone the meal was disgusting..

I order online on 9/25/2023 at around 540pm, paid online for order of 57.79 when I got to store to pick order up store was closed. Money taken out of account, 4days later still not refund for the charge of the food I never recieved. I've call corporate and the manager have been told it is being refunded yet 4 days later nothing. I've yet to receive a phone call only email and to be patient, I think 4 days is patient when charges were taken immediately. If it is not refunded today, I will have no choice but to report this charge as fraud and let the bank handle it. This is supposed to be a business and this should have already been corrected. I would have given this store a zero but had to do 1 star. Becare paying online because it's a joke trying to get your money back for food you didn't recieve due to being closed.
