Penn Station East Coast Subs

I come here pretty often, I live in the area and it's walkable. It's generally very clean, the employees joke around and get along, the tea is always fresh and sweet. I don't have anything bad to say! Even when I came in with a large order and a stutter, the cashier worked with me and was very patient and understanding.

if you come here, absolutely leave a nice review, these mean everything for their scores and honestly every single one of the people working there deserves a raise. Thank you Penn Station crew!

This store has truly went downhill! We arrived 1/3/25 around 8pm and the bathrooms were closed already! The store closes at 10pm! The cashier told us that the heat didn’t work so we had to take our food to go! The meat barely covered the bun by any stretch of imagination! I feel that I was ripped off last night as well as load too by staff about the heat! I will not be returning to this restaurant! I suggest that you stay away as well! Receipt added!

$33 1 wrap, 1 sub & med fry. OUTRAGEOUS! And my wrap was all WRAP. Wasn't worth the $.

We got 3 sandwiches for 40$ and had to come home and fix them ourselves and there was hair in my fries it's ridiculous Penn station has just went down hill the sevice was rude and I waited 10 mins just for them to take my order and 40 mins to get my food in the end I will NEVER come back

0 stars for service. Been here for 15 minutes and not one person has spoke to me. Placed doordash pick up order at 4:48pm. Order was started at 5:27pm after I arrived.

5:43pm someone finally asked if they could help me. Two minutes late and he had me out the door. Worst customer service until it’s an emergency to them.

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed, the service was great! The bread was fresh and warm, the vegetables were fresh as well. Good fries Enjoyed ourselves! Too bad we don’t have one in Texas ? I would have added a photo but our food didn’t last long, as soon as it touched the table we eat it up!!!
