I work with THayden & Santana and I have to say, upon seeing the food and hearing about the situation, I'm very disappointed that my friend was treated this way. I'm of the opinion that you should do all that you can to make this situation right before I'll frequent this place again. Fix it, PennStation. Do Better.
Called and it to have my bread ran through the oven twice. When I got there, my bread was soggy and fries cold. I called to and informed them of the mistake. THEY ASK ME WHEN I CAN I COME BACK. I said next Friday. I forgot. I went to reedem the sandwich today..ohh did I forget to say it was a Snack sandwich THAT COST less than 4. They had the nerve to get smart and I did as well. The store manager, the assistant manager and the owner...Still did not rectify the problem. Another reason why this world is going to shish.. no type of accountability or kindness.

My husband and I went to grab a bite of dinner. They made my husband's sandwich wrong and totally forgot my fries. The girl making the sandwich would have gotten his order correct if she was not talking on her phone. The girl who took our , we'll that's another story. Will we be back. That's a definite No!
Only downside is Employee needs to pull her back in a hair net. Her long hair is swinging around the food. I almost walked out. All employees should be wearing hair nets. Unsanitary!!

Hands down the best experience I've ever had at any Penn Station. Shea was so friendly. I will come back to this location just for her personality alone. Not to mention that the food was delicious as well. 5/5 stars without question. Thank you Shea.

Store 258. There is three employees working . Two of them was working but other worker was on her phone . There was three people was waiting to pay . If she was on break, she needs to be in the back.

Worst service ever. Pickup order said it would take 15 min. Was ready after 30. $17 for a regular Italian and fries… didn’t get lettuce, tomato, onion, or banana pepper that I ordered. Bread seemed not fully cooked and meat looked really weird. I will calling be customer service so hopefully I can get my money back because I only ate one bite of this awful sandwhich. Very disappointing to spend so much and get so little. 11/2/24.

Ordered online pickup, was supposed to be ready at 12:59PM. We arrived at 1:05 and checked in where the sign says “Pick Up Orders”. The man running the register did not know what he was doing. We waited until 1:13 up by the register then finally got tired of standing so we sat down, still in view of the register. At 1:20 I kept seeing people come in, order and get their food before us so I decided to ask about our food since it was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago at this point. Our food had been sitting there ready for a while, by the time we got it it was cold. No one called our name or anything, then the black lady on the grill said it was my fault because I should have kept standing in front of the register. This is ridiculous, if I checked in already I should not have to keep bugging the person at the register to let me know my order is ready. Then she wanted to argue with me about where I checked in at, when there is a big sign that says “PICK UP ORDERS”. If you want people to check in at the front then move the sign. And if you want me to bother the cashier about my order then make a sign for that too. The way I was treated today was uncalled for and definitely not my fault like they tried to make it out to be. I will not be coming back to this location.

The young lady made my Italian salad just right. The right amount of lettuce and she cut my meat up like I wanted. And it was delicious. The place was very clean. Great job to the staff that works There.

My granddaughter and I had never been to a Penn Station before and decided to stop in before a movie this evening and are we glad we did! The food was amazing and the staff was incredible! Very polite and friendly! We will absolutely come back, could not have asked for a better experience!
