I'm always satisfied when I come to this store. I've rarely experienced an issue with Penn Station ever, but I'm happy this one is closest. The did is always delicious, the staff is always pleasant, and they've become a staple in our eating rotation

Literally has to be the worst service I’ve ever had from a Penn station ordered on DoorDash. My food came cold. I get it that could possibly not be their fault opened our sandwiches. One had barely any steak on it. Nothing else it was supposed to come fully dressed, my club was supposed to have lettuce and mayonnaise. Only it came with mayonnaise no bacon nothing else Had to re-order and it still came back completely wrong. I will never order from this location again.

Ive been to several Penn Station locations here in Louisville and today I stopped at this one. Never had such a disappointing sub! It was extremely sloppy, both ends were just bread, it wasn't cut all the way and wasn't fully wrapped!

I used to eat here frequently but after this never again.

It was dinner time & I ordered a Philly cheese steak sub. The young man behind the counter served me my sub-sandwich cold, with unmelted cheese & cold meat. I didn’t find out until I got home.

Then as I arrived to take it back, about a hour before closing time, the same young guy who served me the cold meal, told me that they were closing and couldn’t remake my order. Ridiculous.

By far the worst meal and service I’ve received at any restaurant. Will never eat at this location again.

Food was minimal and mashed together. About 1-2 inches of nothing but bread on both sides of the sandwich. The Atmosphere was dead, not even music. I walked in and thought maybe they were in the middle of a super huge order and were focused. Nope. After staring at the menu and not being greeted or approached for almost 5 mins, a dude walked up and he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or say hello just asked what I wanted. I gave him my order which I had to repeat several times. He was very unpleasant. There was a female who I assume to be management or something walking around not in proper uniform or hair net around the food area with a laptop. She made eye contact with me several times and never said hello or came off friendly. Almost like a robot just doing an Audit but not in a professional way, in my eyes. Won’t be back.

Went into this location 20 minutes before close this evening. I was ignored and then told “We’re trying to close”. If your business hours are until 10PM, you should serve food until 10PM. Adjust business hours accordingly. Bad business.
