Preston Oaks Apartments had a company event, and Penn Station provided excellence with its outstanding customer service. Wayne, the GM, was able to take our large order on short notice and have our food ready within minutes.

Ordered at the wrong store so I had called to get it canceled because I couldn’t get to that particular store. They said they wasn’t able to transfer it over respectfully I understood one day goes by no refund two days a refund by the third day. I finally get a hold of someone and she was nice enough to send it up to corporate Fifth day. I finally received my refund so thank you Penn station on House Lane. I appreciate it.
I don't understand why but anytime I go there the order is always screwed up. Ordered an Italian with bacon, and they left out bacon and pepperoni and any kind of spice except for pepper. Threw away the fries that are undercooked. Trash.
Reuben and fries with iced tea, and a free cookie because it took a little long to get my order done... Yummy!!

Hello, my name is Juan. I recommend this place for breakfast or a snack. It is very quiet. Clients can find a pleasant climate. The only problem they have is with the drivers. They have to have better knowledge of how the applications are handled and not force them. To the drivers to complete the orders while in the restaurant, they should determine when the GPS mode is activated to reach the customer and finalize the order. They should pay better attention to that and not try to force the drivers to complete the order before delivering it. There is a driver. who do wrong things but We are not all the same but I recommend this place, have a good time
